Super excited about this place coming in. 1 of my fovorite burger joints. This one not so much. Service is a -1. Prices should be lower comparative to area Food might be precooked and sits. There’s 20 other places to go. Food got 3 Stars for the Lime-aid 🤷♂️

I have been sitting in the drive thru so long i ordered a pizza from dominoes while waiting. My pizza order was submitted, prepped, baked, quality checked, and ready and I'm still waiting on a burger from place.

Waited over 20+ minutes for my food noticing it seemed a little busier than usual, hit my button to check back in to see how much longer to be told they NEVER received my order.. So after reordering my food I wait to get burnt chicken strips, so if you want sonic better go to Barboursville until this place gets its act together.

Doordashing an order...the worker came on the mic twice and said give me a minute and wouldn't listen for us to even say we were picking up a DoorDash! Then another gentleman pulled into kiosk (5 minutes after us) and said he was there for a DoorDash and got his order for us. When we finally got to speak to a worker he said they had 8 orders they were working on and then we got it a few seconds later. None...NONE of the workers were wearing gloves, touching money wiping hands on their clothes and texting WITHOUT wearing gloves. Do NOT get food or soft serve ice cream from this place! Worst experience we've ever had at a place picking up orders!

We ordered three sonic smash burgers. All three meat were burnt so bad hard as rock. Wish we would have checked our food as we brought it home too eat. Waste of 20.00. Avoid this restaurant!

During a Doordash, my order took Over 45 minutes to be handed to me & employee walked away from me mid conversation. DoorDash orders always take extremely long at this location.

I think my server was drunk or high, either one. Ordered at a kiosk and the only thing right was the burger. Tried to order fries, they rang me up for tots. Wanted a recharger, they tried to give me sprite. I wanted a small pickle fry? No, they rang it up as being a medium. When the recharger apparently didn’t count as part of the combo after I corrected her three times about the drink being wrong, apparently she decided to cancel my entire order and had a different person take over. Had to repeat everything again and this time my order wasn’t on screen at all. Still sitting at my kiosk, hoping my actual order went through. And if it didn’t, holy wow I am never coming back. Time will tell.
Edit: 40 minutes, no food. Pressed the button and waited another 10 minutes with no response at all. When I finally get an answer, I’m told that they are currently “slammed.” They weren’t slammed enough to not serve the multiple cars that have pulled up on either side of me. Overheard an employee speaking to another customer say that they are completely unorganized. Still hungry, still waiting.
Called it after an hour wait. At least five other cars that arrived before me left with their food while I was waiting for mine. A very good reminder to never come here. Will also be leaving a review via the QR code at the kiosks.

Order a soft drink and found 3 lime in the bottom, my wife wanted a dirty Dr. Pepper instead there was only lime in the Dr. Pepper. We order a strawberry lime aid and again only those damn lime was in it. It was a terrible experience 1¹
