My coffee order is never done right and I have to add lots of things to it to make it better every time. And even though it’s the same order every-time, it tastes different each time and not in a good way. Same order at other stores has always been perfect except at this one

I haven't ordered food here personally. My friend says that it's good. I am lactose intolerant and have nut allergies, so them offering alternative milks are a big bonus for me. The seating is sparse and doesn't look comfortable. Very bright inside. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant to interact with.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian NOT Vegan. Cross contamination a possibility.
Dietary restrictions: Both oat and soy milks available on the menu. Almond milk is also an option.
Parking: Drive thru is their main concern. Enough parking for the few that would like to go inside.

The cashier every time I go in groans about having to take an order or ignores me and it’s not the same cashier every time either. I haven’t ordered anything but a drink in a while because last time I tried to order a cake pop they threw it at me. Literally threw it. It landed at my feet. They are always rude and none of them have any good customer service, not ever ok customer service. I’m going to start going all the way Huntington or a different coffee shop just to avoid this one. One cashier made me cry.

We ordered 3 caramel frappes and a mango dragon fruit refresher. The service was horrible . The cashier was rude and very disrespectful. There was only two workers and it took us almost 45 minutes to get our drinks . Our frappes were horrible couldn't taste nothing but slush no coffee or caramel flavor could be tasted at all . Will never go there again .
My family and I pulled into the drive thru this evening at 5:55. At 6:00 a couple members of the staff came out and told us line of cars they were closed. What?
