This was THE BEST latte experience I have ever had! I travel a lot, just in the past 2 months, I have been in 3 Countries and 4 States. I buy latte on the regular, wherever I am. Rob and his crew were the best in the world for 2025. My wife and I were visiting family for the holidays, I bought my latte there because it is closest to my son's house. Never have a seen a crew greet all of their customers by first name like they do here. They make it a point to go above and beyond...
I went through the drive-through and Rob assisted me. He was so kind and helpful and especially enthusiastic. He definitely made my birthday so much better just by the way he treats customers. Just by this, I know that he is an extremely highly valued employee. I appreciate people like Rob that go above and beyond and are so kind.
We went inside on a very busy day and we felt very welcomed. I spilled my drink and Cody quickly rushed and got me another drink and helped me.When we left we got such a nice goodbye and over all just very sweet people.
