saw an ad and wanted a SnS Burger. went there this evening and none of outside building lights, nor signs were illuminated. get to the menu board to order, also unlit with faces missing. after a few minutes... wasn't sure if anyone was going to take the order and almost pulled off. but, someone asked for the order just before pulling away. peanut butter MS and a western BBQ burger with seasoned fries.... food was pretty quick to come out, however... the bun was hard and the meat was dried up like it was made 2 days prior and not hot. no way was it freshly cooked. very few fried onions and about a half a cup or more of diced stinky ass old onions mixed with BBQ sauce. absolutely horrible. the fries were fine. the place looks run down. sections of the awning over the drive thru are missing, no lights on outside, menuboard panels missing with intertior exposed. poor leadership is going to put this place out of business. it used to be so good too. very disappointing to pay for shit food. what a waste. I definitely will not go back with the current management. sad.

Everything was very good & fresh, & clean. The service was fantastic, the burger patties were thicker & larger. Overall, the restaurant has greatly improved since our last visit. We'll be back.

Completely barren inside. There was people but it sure didn't feel like it, felt dirty a bit even. The lady messed my order up, though I'll be fair, i don't talk loud so it's. But still, hard to mess a 9 up for a 7. Despite that, food was decent, same with price! Though, 4.99$ for a milkshake is a bit much. I'd love to come and give it a second shot.
