We got there around lunch time so there were several people in line. Even though there were so many people in line, the line moved very fast and our food was great. We decided to eat there and it was very clean. The place is pretty cozy. I think we will be back!?
Their customer service is bad. You pay for something to be added to your sandwich and you don't get what you paid for and tell you to bring it back to the store. I use Door Dash I am unable to bring it to the store... Out of the 6 times I ordered from Subway only 2 times my sandwich was made as ordered. I will not be buying from within the store or Door Dashing from them again.

Great employees, great food, dining area could use a good deep cleaning
Good food , and Typically, I receive great service at this location, however, this evening was extremely poor. Employee has a Terrible attitude. Won’t go back .
This is by far the greatest Subway location in all of northeast KY! The management and owners certainly have a great operation in this particular location. There is one sandwich artist who is from the Czech Republic who has a beautiful accent and is so quick, efficient, and super friendly!This location is clean, well maintained, and sanitary protocols clearly followed. The organizational processes in place are military grade level when it comes to efficiency. I highly recommend this location to those who wish to seek healthier dietary options. I give this business my coveted Dean 5 Gold Star ? endorsement!
Vegetarian options: It is very easy to customize one's sandwich or salad options.
Parking: Parking can be a bit tricky, especially during lunch hour times.
There food was absolutely delicious and the staff was kind ,considerate and helpful.The only problem i had was there not really handicapped able for someone to get in the door

To start I’ve alway liked subway but our ashland store on Winchester is absolutely horrible, I stopped going there because of the horrible service or just poorly managed is more like it but recently I gave them a second chance and it was great and when I came back thinking maybe new management really wanting subway and it was horrible, there was a couple and one man in front of me and employees were more interesting In talking amongst each other then doing anything else.there were four total employees , one started my order walked off and I waited and waited then another customer came in and one of the employees started helping that customer while the woman that was helping me just stood there staring at me like she was confused. Anyway I’m glad I wasn’t on a lunch break or there wouldn’t have been a lunch at all!
