I was shamed and humiliated by the gm here. I asked for a refund on a pizza I had taken 4 bites out of due to the quality being so poor I could not eat it, it was my first time trying it at that. I worked fast food for years, I've been a manager myself, FOR YEARS. I understand the struggle of the fast food industry. Not only did she yell across the store to show the employees what I was asking she did it in front of other customers. She treated me like garbage for even asking. I was going to buy a sub instead and I decided it was better to just leave. I did not ask for free food, I apologized for even asking for and refund on it and from the second I asked, I was treated with hostility, over a 6 dollar item. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I will never go back to this subway. People don't know how to have human decency anymore. If me asking for a refund of 6 dollars and wanting to pay for a different item is that big of a problem, you are in the wrong career.

Took forever to get our food the guy didn’t even let us finish ordering didn’t ask what we wanted on the sandwhich nor if we even wanted them toasted or not we waited about 30 minutes for our sandwiches and then he made my sandwich with NO cheese whatsoever and the wrong kind of bread.

No matter when I come here it is extremely slow service!! You will always be waiting 30-40 minutes in line. I love subways food but it's almost impossible to get through line here!

There wasn’t much room to move around, the worker told me to switch places with the other customers and I had to shimmy my way around the customers because there was no room and the other worker was just standing there talking to the worker I talked about earlier, I wanted to just give them my money and leave but I had to awkwardly stand there. ?Parking: Apparently there was pot holes in the parking lot ?♀️Wheelchair accessibility: Was very wheel chair accessible ?

Worst Subway sandwiches I've ever ate! Had a coupon that they didn't accept so it doubled the cost & the insult of the experience!!! The 3 employees working were equally inexperienced and together couldn't make it work! I wondered if any of them had ever eaten a sub before. Horrible experience & will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money at that location again!!!

Best subs In the area,love this place,subs are amazing,and the staff is wonderful,I stopped by today and food was absolutely delicious and the dining room is back open and I am excited. For a full meal or quick snack you can't pick a better place than SUBWAY ? better than ever,when I was there this afternoon 2 great crew were excellent that were working today Aug.30,2023
Excellent customer service. The speaker for the drive thru is broken so you have to pull to the window. They were quick to come to the window, made my food quickly and correctly.

Staff is always very helpful and delightful to interact with. The dining area is a bit tight but food has always been delicious when I have stopped in. They have a drive-thru you can take advantage of if in a rush.
