always out of stock or they make up excuses why they can’t make something on the menu. I have continually tried ordering some of the new items and they just don’t feel like making anything.

The staff here needs training in the worst way. Two visits in a row where they were completely lost. Observed a customer who said their order was wrong, they had to call the owner to find out what to do about it. Then instead of simply remaking it they commenced to belittle the customers complaint and saying that they were going to take a picture of it to show owner. Much time passes and they hand the bag to the drive in customer who grabs the bag and takes off with attitude. Subway employee says "He grabbed the bag like he wanted to go to war". They need training from someone who knows what they are doing. Think I'll look for a different sandwich shop.

The lady working was so new she didn't know what she was doing. Yet she was there alone. The drink station was a mess. It wasn't busy at all. There was no reason for it to look so bad.

Went to eat here the other day and was greeted by the nicest young man very polite got my order ready in a flash. He had a very pleasant personality and was very welcoming. This is what customer service is about. Will be back and you should hire more employees like Jordan. hes a very hard worker and nice young man!

RUDE!. Lady working there had the biggest attitude I bit my tongue. Basically smushed my grinder, handling it so aggressively and slammed my cup down to hand to me ???like why work there and take it out on people just trying to get food?
