Dawnelle and her staff are always friendly and efficient. I have never had a bad meal or bad service here, whether using the app or dining in. The manager has really turned this subway into a great place for employees in walmart to enjoy their lunch hour.

It cost me $11 after a self applied tip for (1) 6-inch sub! Cause they refused to try an get my VALID COUPON to work! WOW! An service was horrible! Food was great! But the lady that was making sandwiches on 9-12-25 around lunchtime 12p.m. Wasn’t very professional! Remember people it’s the customers paying your wages! So you may wanna air what there saying a mentioning in consideration! Poor Customer Service

always out of stock or they make up excuses why they can’t make something on the menu. I have continually tried ordering some of the new items and they just don’t feel like making anything.

The staff here needs training in the worst way. Two visits in a row where they were completely lost. Observed a customer who said their order was wrong, they had to call the owner to find out what to do about it. Then instead of simply remaking it they commenced to belittle the customers complaint and saying that they were going to take a picture of it to show owner. Much time passes and they hand the bag to the drive in customer who grabs the bag and takes off with attitude. Subway employee says "He grabbed the bag like he wanted to go to war". They need training from someone who knows what they are doing. Think I'll look for a different sandwich shop.

Awful. Only one person working. No lettuce, tomatoes, pretzels, I'm sure they didn't have other stuff in stock. The bread was ripped in parts on top so the sub practically fell apart. The lady working was so new she didn't know what she was doing. Yet she was there alone. The drink station was a mess. It wasn't busy at all. There was no reason for it to look so bad.

Went to eat here the other day and was greeted by the nicest young man very polite got my order ready in a flash. He had a very pleasant personality and was very welcoming. This is what customer service is about. Will be back and you should hire more employees like Jordan. hes a very hard worker and nice young man!

Stale bread, toppings are not appetizing at all, not to mention their food is always cold and cookies are always burnt, This subway is more disgusting then Winchester. Will not return
