Grabbed 2 cupcakes when I ran in for something else. literally the driest cupcakes ive ever eaten. the icing on both were even stale, not sure how icing goes stale? called to say was bringing back for refund and was told no one there had authority to give refund would have to wait till next day and call in the morning? almost $9 for 2 inedible cupcakes. Will not be back.

My Mom bought 6 Cream Horns today, after waiting for me to get out of surgery.
They were "DRY", Barely any Cream-Fill, and NO Sugar crystals on top! GROSS!!🤮🤢 For the price charged...NOT Worth It!!!!

I had a wrap that was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to find they did soups and sandwiches along with the large assortment of confections!

Bakery items are not fresh. I was in the store about two weeks ago, and purchased 2 cream horns. I happened to ask how fresh the cupcakes were…the Italian crème used to be my favorite. I was told they were more than 4 days old. When I bit into the cream horns, I couldn’t even break the shell it was hard and stale. And let’s not even talk about the filling. I commented on a post addressing a poor experience (and taste) and my comment was deleted. As someone who has spent lots of money here over the past 5 years, I’m owed a little bit more than a deleted comment. This place isn’t the thriving place with delicious food it used to be. I’ll just go to Tipton’s down the street— Cheaper and fresh every time!

I was disappointed in the baked goods I purchased. The rolls were dry and tasted old, the lemon pie was runny, and the birthday fudge cake was dry. I was so excited to take the baked goods to family and we literally threw them all away.

Absolutely horrible. I stopped going because every time I got food from them I would get sick. I went on 11/3/22 at 6:38pm for something sweet. I got 2 blueberry glazed donuts, later on in the night at 8:50pm I went to get one out of the bag to discover that 1 was in tacked, the 2nd was only a half an was smashed/crumbled. Never again will I waste my time and money at this place.
Cup of tea, coffee and a piece of cheesecake, all excellent at a very reasonable price. Staff great, very welcoming.

I just wanted to say - if your looking for the absolute best- and I mean BEST treats around... you gotta get into Sweet Caroline’s cafe - sweets are hands down second to none- but OH MY ! The goods don’t stop there- The sandwiches can’t be beat!!! I’m sure you’ve tried the rest- now try the best! Melissa Salmons is the sweetest! She will take excellent care of you and make sure your order is beyond perfection. This is by far the best place to visit for that one of a kind bakery perfection treat- or cakes or snacks... do yourself a favor and check ‘em out. I am a forever fan!
