idk how it’s possible for this place to never be fully in stock of anything they run out of everything like everyday and better not try and give them directions to make your food right bc itlll never happen i can say this is probably my last time eating here

I was blown away by how fast my food was ready & CORRECT so I finally came to make a review.
The woman taking my order at the drive-thru was polite, helpful, and got all my custom orders right. I pulled forward to the window, paid, & by the time they were handing my card back they handed them the bag with my finished order. And GET THIS, it was ALL correct. Over 10 items!
I was just very impressed with this team & wanted to share since it seems people only bother to review when they have a bad experience & rarely for the good ones. I don't know about others' interactions at this location but I've always had a good experience here.

I’m a Door Dash driver. I waited over 15 minutes for a customer order and finally asked them why it wasn’t ready. The counter person told me they got slammed with walk in customers and the policy is to push Door Dash orders to the side and take care of the walk in’s first. Well that’s a BAD policy. We represent customers and pushing our orders aside costs us money and makes our customers food unnecessarily late.

There's been a lot of improvement on the taco bell menu and i'm really like in those street tacos. I waited on them a little while to take my order inside at the register, but once they did they did a good job and the food came out very quickly and tasted great. Side note: The outside appearance of this location would benefit from a little extra attention. Good food though 👍 👍

Worst Taco Bell ever had. No meat and no cheese on any of my crunchy tacos. Practically just ate a shell with lettuce.

Had a time or two where the chalupa bread was a bit hard/tough, but we usually always have good service from the people that work there. Inside and drive through (we prefer walk in) the workers have always been really nice and helpful, and we’ve gotten our food very fast as well. I know reviews are mixed on this location, but we typically go in afternoon/early evening time.
Ordered a Supreme burrito, a chicken chalupe, and a crunchwrap Supreme. Unfortunately they forgot to put meat on my burrito or on my crunchwrap Supreme. So my burrito was basically all refried beans and my crunch wrap was all lettuce. Lol where is the meat??? I'm not sure what happened, if they were just in a hurry bc it was busy or what but it was not good. I won't be eating here ever again. The service wasn't friendly and couldn't even be bothered to smile or make eye contact. Didn't even get have a nice day, thank you or even a word upon paying and leaving. Was just a bad experience. It's sad because I really loved taco bell. I could have gotten over the missed meat if the service was friendly because we all make mistakes... but when the service is kinda rude and they mess up your food, well it just has to be a done deal for me. I won't be going back to this location. Consider me scarred.
