The young lady that took my order was phenomenal. She knew exactly what my 6 year old was wanting to order, to me it sounded like he was just rambling colors at her but she put his order in and mine and when the food came out it was very fresh and way better than anything Ashland as made us recently. My son was stoked that he got a orange taco shell instead of the yellow one. This young lady is a mind reader.

The last 3 times I have ordered from the app, they have either had items missing or not the correct item. While I understand that it’s the holidays and some people are new, this is happening way too often. I won’t be bringing my business back here for quite a while. I’m tired of things either being missing or wrong on here. Please read your tickets for online orders.

They completely ignored me for a good 10 minutes and I got an I'll be there in a minute from someone that never came back for another 10 minutes. Just go over to ironton, at least you'll be seen.

Well, I got all my food but my 2 meximelts. Tried calling several times and no one would answer. Highly disappointed, seems to be getting worse and worse.
I gave it a 3. Bc sometimes I never get all my food. I need to start checking before I leave.

Eh, about what I normally expect. I asked for crunchy Supremes. I had to go back through the drive-thru because they gave me soft-shell. Standard experience. The food tasted good.

Usually good for door dash, not been so good when we have for it ourselves there, they seem to take offense to adding to taking anything away form the normal item, it’s deff gotten better over the last year or so
Literally, 9/10 orders are either made wrong or the food is just nasty.

Vegetarian options: They look like they had a good selection of a vegetarian food
Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of stuff to for fat-free and all that stuff and people that wants to eat healthy and stuff too so
Parking: You have all the supermarkets and all the other places to drive and walking distance from Taco Bell
Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for kids to not too much to play with inside but it's just great come in and sit down and eat
