I wish I could give this place zero stars, I went through the drive thru for my food. Ended up having to go inside since they gave me the complete wrong item. After remaking they made it wrong again, unfortunately I had already left and didn’t feel like turning back around.

This store will not take your order at the counter no more STUPID so you have to use the stupid pad thing so if you want to add or minus something from your food your screwed. Guess they just want drive thru. I'll just eat somewhere else !

Went inside to place an order the guy at the counter said he couldn’t take my order that I had to place my order on the kiosk machine.The place was dead. I could see asking me to do that if the cash registers were backed up, but there was no one in there.Love the customers service.

Extremely rude drive thru worker, I was on a door dash and I didn’t know the lobby was open and I asked kindly for the order at the speaker the lady responds in an extraordinarily rude manner, she goes “ehh the lobbies still open till 12 come inside and get it” sounding like I stole her candy. This was an awful experience I contacted the support teams at door dash and canceled the order on my end I will never buy any food here and never dash to this store again. It’s not hard to be polite, especially when it’s your job.
Worst Taco Bell Around. Ordered 2 chicken cantina burritos and the person in the window was very rude while I ordered the food..so they made sure my cantina burritos was loaded with crazy amount of creamy Chipotle sauce till the point that couldn't even taste anything other than the sauce..horrible service and food..workers are very rude for not reason. This happened on Tuesday April 15th at 11:30pm..so disappointed and it has happened several times.

That's the best restaurant in Taco Bell in Kentucky the rest of them are garbage
Vegetarian options: They look like they had a good selection of a vegetarian food
Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of stuff to for fat-free and all that stuff and people that wants to eat healthy and stuff too so
Parking: You have all the supermarkets and all the other places to drive and walking distance from Taco Bell
Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for kids to not too much to play with inside but it's just great come in and sit down and eat
