Two times in a row, there hasn't been much meat on the item. The nachos bellgrande didn't have any. It looks like the pizza had been dropped after it was put in the box. They are very inconsistent.

This location is hit and miss, sometimes the service is really good sometimes it's probably the worst I've experienced at a restaurant. The food over all okay, it's Taco Bell so it's pretty consistent, it does seem that the amount of food you get depends on who's making it. I have gotten tacos that had practically no meat on them and I've had them filled really full. This location seems to be really slow about getting your order to you. This is the average Taco Bell.

We are not from here but stopped in on our way through and it was a heck of a lot better than ours back home!! Food was amazing, staff was friends, very clean, and wasn't forced to use that dang kiosk! Great experience all

This use to be my favorite taco bell, I pass by plenty on my way there from south point, but since the remodel I have had 2 terrible experiences. 1st one a few weeks ago, husband got 2 volcano burritos had no volcano sauce on them, then tonight we had to ask the person taking our order to please remove the chicken quesadilla meal that was on the screen that we didn't order then asked if they were still making the volcano burritos to which the person replied yes so we ordered 2 of them and ended up with 2 volcano tacos instead. Also, tried to order cinnamon twists which we got the reply we are all out of them for the night, they still had about 4 hours of business left and I'm sure they wouldn't take that long to make up just a few bags. What a disappointment, I guess Charter foods just doesn't have a decent taco bell in the tri state area. Smh.
