Worst place to eat in tri state I love Taco Bell but the owners really need to change everything the workers forshure I was at pickup drive thru window the lady working never hi or anything she had me pay never said a word then gave me food with no drink that I had ordered and then opened window back up and said you good ? Like I had a problem but very rude way

Check your food to make sure it's all there. The staff through drive thru isn't bad and always polite its marked down because about everything other time I'm missing something from my order.

Ordered crispy bucket meal, was told 25 minute wait. Arrived to pick order up, was told they were short 1 piece of crispy we would have to take it or wIt 25 more minutes. We were hungry so we took it. Once we got home we saw it was all original chicken no crispy. We called back told manager what happened and what was said. He said he'd talk to employees about it. Then hung up. Didn't offer to fix order or anything. I can assure you that's the last $40 they ever see from me. So sad to be treated this way, we even called ahead so to not burden them . SMH

Small place and fairly quick, unless its a Sunday. Plenty seem to go get Sunday chicken for after service so be prepared to wait if its between 1130 and 1

Didn’t get my food in 40 min
Employees so rude and disrespectful. Like who in there right minds yell at an old lady or be rude and disrespectful and make fun of people with brain injury’s because it takes them a min to read them to read the menu. So if anyone know the gm or if they have one lmk. Hope you feel good about yourself and to the old lady that needed something. I’m sorry they treated you like that
Decent quality for what it is. Lines typically slower than normal and on 3 different occasions I've been missing a thing or 2 from my order. Definitely check your bag here before you pull off. Because once you leave they won't do anything about it.

Sign on the door. Says close at 10:30 and we get run out at 9:00 they didn't have chicken tenders. They didn't have mashed potatoes. They didn't have mac and cheese. And then they didn't even put a biscuit in the box.. so sick and tired of this particular location

Really upset. One, burrito was half the size as it use to be. Price the same. And even at that there a was only a thin layer of beans on it. It was mostly the tortilla shell than anything. Two i ask for no gravy on my mash potatoes and got charged .50 for that. And third i ask for two chicken legs and got two thighs.

Always gives you the wrong order, dont go here. If you get any tacos or burritos they will either be smashed or rolled so shitily that everything that was supposed to be inside is splattered all over the wrapper. If you like paying for someone else's order and piss poor service this is the place for you.

Food was very nasty. I couldn’t even finish my burrito. The restaurant was very dirty. The window seals alone will make you gag. I understand places being short staffed and in this case they were so it took a while for our food. This place used to be a nice little fast food restaurant but now it’s going down hill. And of course not only myself but my family members got sick right after eating here. I hate writing bad reviews but it is what it is.
