everytime we go to this restaurant they mess up the order. if i could give them zero stars i would, we called this time because they messed up the entire order. The manager was rude over the phone and not helpful at all. just drive the extra couple miles and eat at a different restaurant.

The cashier that rung me up was very friendly but the wait was TERRIBLE. I waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos, potatoes, and a burrito. As someone who works in food I understand being busy but waiting almost half an hour is insane. The other customers around me were very upset about their wait as well. This was my first time coming back to this restaurant in years because they were known to mess up food. Glad to say I will not be returning.

I wish I had gotten his name but the guy in a red hoodie fixed me the most freshest yummy Doritos taco ever!🤤 Much appreciated!!💯 Also very polite and professional! 🥰He deserves a raise bc it’s employees like that who keep customers happy and coming back to eat again and again. 🤗If you’re good to your employees then they’re good to the customers 👍 & that’s what keeps the company going! 🤑

Worst restaurant in the tristate. Drive though staff is incompetent to take an order. Very rude. Made half the order and handed it out. 10 min later get the other half leaving cold food before they would have a chance to eat together as a family. Took in to get corrected and the woman was just royally offended that she messed up. Items was prepared incorrectly.

I drive by there around 11pm 5 days a week on way to work and out of those 5 days there lights are only on one once a week and that is Saturday night. Need to update hours or correct workers.

I understand having a busy night and getting slow and backed up, but I waited half an hour for my order and you still skimped us on our mashed potatoes. Wholly disappointed and will not be returning unless you get your act together.

I eat at Toca Bell quite often , I have to travel a lot for work and it's just the easiest food to eat on the go for me. Bang for your buck kinda deal. For around $5 you can get filled up and not break the bank like some of these fast food joints.

the food looked like it was thrown in my bag and there was nothing put in there properly. on top of that the service was TERRIBLE! the girl over the intercom was very disrespectful and kept rushing us to finish. we ended up going back and all our money back and this is the second bad experience here and i do NOT recommend at all. the place was not worth it nor was the food worth it and we we ended up getting arby's.
