I’m not usually one to write reviews but I went to get a pick up order and the whole experience was just a nightmare, which surprised me because I only had a simple pickup order for one person. I ordered a 16 oz sirloin with a loaded baked potato, a salad, a drink and 12 rolls. When I got there it was extremely busy which was understandable for a Saturday. The line took me 15 mins to get through the drive through window, they gave me my food and told me to have a great day so I left. I was never given my drink. I am assuming this happened because the entire time the worker at the window was talking to her coworker instead of making sure I had everything. I was already cutting it close and needed to get to work so I stopped at McDonalds for my drink. When I got to work I tried to eat my dinner but I had no silverware and no dressing for the salad AND IT HAD EGGS (which I specifically asked not be on there because I don’t like them). I understand you are busy but what upsets me the most was the brown bag had written on it 1 Salad with ranch and sprite so you were obviously aware the order needed it. This is just so obviously people not caring about their job but when someone spends almost 40 dollars on a meal the least you can do is give them everything they ordered. When I called, the lady was very friendly which is the only reason I’m not giving 1 star and tried to email me something but I asked for a refund. Hopefully, they refund the SALAD and DRINK since the salad was not edible anyway but I am not hopeful. NEVER going to the Texas Roadhouse in Ashland again. At least the workers at the one in WV can read and put what you ordered in the bag. Such an aggravating thing to deal with

We had to have multiple sets of silverware brought to us due to the ones we received being dirty. Ordered ribs and a blooming onion, horrible idea. The ribs were incredibly dry and just not very enjoyable and our blooming onion was cut and peeled poorly, as we still had onion skin in it. Our server was nice but we're definitely never coming here again.

Texas Roadhouse consistently delivers a fantastic dining experience, and my recent visit was no exception. Despite it being a busy night, we were quoted a realistic 10-15 minute wait, and true to their word, we were seated promptly within that timeframe. Once at our table, the service was incredibly quick and effective, with our server being attentive without being intrusive. And the food? Absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly! Every dish arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Texas Roadhouse truly excels at providing a top notch meal with efficient service, even during peak hours. Highly recommend!
