Why this place is so busy makes no sense to me. We had a horrible meal last night. All 4 of us ordered steaks, all 4 came out looking grayish and were cold. The cook on them was not right. The meat was so tough i couldn't eat it. The atmosphere is crowded and loud. They have the music on so loud you can't have any conversation.

This is one of the loveliest Texas Roadhouses I've ever had the pleasure of stepping into. I'm not so familiar with digital waitlists but it's rather convenient to scan the QR code and know exactly when you can come in to wait. Though it was busy, we were able to be quickly seated and consistently attended to by excellent staff (shout-out to the humble and handsome Daniel). I'm not sure I've ever had a meal where I was so satisfied by every item before. The rolls, the appetizer, and our main meals (burger/fish/fries/rice/vegetables) were perfectly salty and savory! Additionally, the sweet tea is absolutely sweet and the desserts are moist. I've been here before in 2024, but whatever impressed me then was blown out of the water by my great experience that started off this new year. For those wondering about cons, just be mindful of slippery spots on the floor and follow the signs to get to the bathroom. You may also have to park in a nearby lot if it's too busy. I personally found the environment to be comfortable and cozy in a side area, but I suppose it may be louder in the larger middle area I was not seated at this time.

Never a bad experience here. Rolls, salads, steaks, and a little controlled chaos always make for an entertaining dinner.

We visited after our grandchildren's wrestling tournament and had three of the wrestlers with us making a total of ten. Our waitress knew exactly what she was doing and took our orders with no problem. She kept our roll baskets full, our drinks full and cleared our table when dishes were piling up.

I haven’t been in a while but decided to get rolls for Christmas dinner. I called and ordered 3 weeks ago and she told me to come inside on Christmas Eve. I told her I need them for Christmas Eve so she told me between 11 and 2 on the 23rd and go INSIDE to pick them up. The drive thru was backed up into the highway. Ppl are honking and almost an accident when I was waiting. I got parked and went in and the woman told me I had to go through the drive thru. Been sitting in like for over an hour. Had they told me this when I called I would have been way up in the line and probably done by now. The person I talked to on the phone was supposed to be a manager. So either she lied or the person on the inside did. Then a woman came to our window while in line and ask if we placed order online or phone. I told her phone and she said she would bring them out. She never came back and we got to window where the guy acted like he couldn’t get them for us if we didn’t get a text saying they were ready. Because they are having to bake so many we have to wait I’ll get text. This was after I informed him they were frozen. I told him a manager told me to come here today at that time so he finally got them. It’s like they don’t have any idea of what’s going on. They need to get on the same page. Ppl in line are cussing each other and beeping. It’s a total mess. They should have spread it out. Especially for ppl that are getting frozen rolls. Why couldn’t they let me picked it up 2 weeks ago? Ridiculous and I guarantee there will be a wreck before this is over. I have gotten rolls here for Christmas several times in the past and never have I seen such a mess. If the managers have changed or something they need to get the old one back at any cost. The food has been going down hill for a while but this is another level of ignorance.
