I stopped by there today and had their featured drink for the month Java Chip. It was fabulously delicious!! I will absolutely revisit and definitely recommend The Human Bean to everyone I know! I also LOVE the fact that they have a kid's selection called Little Bean!

Went there yesterday and ordered a Granita, the drink itself was good. However I could tell the red head was obviously too busy talking to take my card for a good 2 minutes.

Yay for this new location in Ashland, KY! Delicious coffees, teas, and foods. They have plenty to choose from on their menu and also have items for children. The coffee bean placed on top of each cup is a yummy treat! I always eat it first. ? The team is friendly and service is prompt.

I was having a conversation with a family member on the phone when they pulled in to order a beverage from this establishment. They commented about the price being different than that what they had paid previously, which I notice other people have posted about the inconsistent pricing. This was met with a rude response when they received their Beverage it was luke warm and poorly made. When my family member asked for a remake the person at the window was insulting and rude. When asked for a refund, more insults from the employee When told that corporate would be contacted, she just laughed and said “ go ahead” She said her name was Avery, I can only assume if this person continues to work here That this is how the management wishes their establishment to be represented.
