Six and a half dollars for this???!!!! It's not even full and there is a thick layer of foam! This is a frappe, not a latte. There shouldn't be any foam. Price of coffee is a major ripoff. Also, the donuts were undercooked and doughy. Good coffee is from Starbucks, Pour House and Human Bean. You get what you pay for their. Never again.

Was super-amazed there is a Tim Hortons in Ashland, KY! What a surprise. I walked in and ordered a Large Double-Double and they knew Exactly what I wanted!! Can't wait to see more of these 'south of the border'.

Never go to 13th. Second time this happened and all the workers just watch this kid mess my Pumpkin iced Capp all up. No topping. And ice Capps from 13th taste like no one cleaned the machine properly.

Stale Donuts! We purchased 4 and threw away 4. We stopped purchasing donuts from Dunkin when they stopped selling fresh donuts, and were excited when we saw TH as we passed thru KY. We have purchased Tim's donuts all over the Northeast and many Canadian provinces. The purchase at the Ashland KY location was a huge disappointment.
1st time visiting Tim Hortons in Ashland. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and delicious food with good company. They were having issues with the card reader at the main register, so the manager compensated us with doughnuts. We offered to pay for them. However, they said we were good to go. It was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated. I'll absolutely be sending more business their way! Thank you for getting our day started off in a great way! As always, we will continue to pay it forward!

Ordered 2 panini meals once the kid finally came to the register. They were ok. Pretty sure, I was overcharged but I didn’t get a receipt, so I can’t verify. (Total was $17+)
Decided to order 1/2 dozen donuts & a cookie to take home. Waited over 5 minutes for the kid (same one) to come to the register. My first total was $17+ 🤦🏼♀️ (1/2 dozen is $7.89 & cookie is $2.25). I said that’s not correct, next total was $14+. Once again I said that’s not correct. Third attempt was finally correct.
I told him I wanted 2 strawberry dip, 2 strawberry cream & 2 vanilla dip. I ended up with 2 strawberry dip, 2 strawberry cream & 2 of some kind of chocolate dip things. When I told him it was wrong, he rolled his eyes and walked away then came back to the counter and told me that was what I wanted. Um, no, it wasn’t. I finally got the 2 others that I originally ordered.
NEVER, will I go to this Tim Hortons again!!! Oh, and the strawberry cream barely had any cream filling. Maybe a teaspoon, if that.
Tim Hortons, do better. Your employee obviously didn’t want to be there or do his job.

Usually im not one to leave reviwes but ive wasted so much money here over the years. Ordered donuts. Specified my kids would only eat a select 3. She told me they were out of chocolate dipped, which was fine I told her just to give me the other 2 types & she assured me they had them. Get home to realized we received everything but the ones my children would eat. I ordered 3 biscuits, all of which were made incorrectly. I had a full conversations with with the employee about it and still nothing in my order correctly. When I called in, a boy answered & was rude. I have never been to a restaurant where I have so many issues EVERY TIME I go. 0/10
