The location on 13th ave is horrible when the evening shift is on duty , nothing is available and they are rude this has happened more then once , I have been in customer service forever and in noway would this be tolerated , just plain rude

We love our local Tim Horton's! Mind you, occasionally we are a bit selective or picky about the temperature or quality of our orders but it is 100% remedied each and every time by one of the nicest teams around. The restaurant itself is always the cleanest space for a mile or more in any direction -- they should hold a training on how to keep your restaurant MORE THAN just Health Department basic clean... It's NIIIIICE. The Blackburn location should be really proud of themselves.

I am not sure how this location can be so completely different than every other Tim Hortons I have ever visited. The coffee tastes burnt and is absolutely undrinkable. I guess I am a glutton for punishment because I keep going back in hopes that it will be different this time because it used to be as good as all the others. But consistently they disappoint. Please don't waste your time or money at this location. It is well worth the few minutes out of your way to go to the other location on Winchester Ave. They never disappoint. I am writing this review as I pour out yet another undrinkable cup of whatever it is they are trying to disguise as coffee.

I have to brag on Aaron at the 13th street location in Ashland, Ky. He is so friendly and welcoming. I drive out of my way to go to this Ashland location. They have the BEST customer service hands down!!

Six and a half dollars for this???!!!! It's not even full and there is a thick layer of foam! This is a frappe, not a latte. There shouldn't be any foam. Price of coffee is a major ripoff. Also, the donuts were undercooked and doughy. Good coffee is from Starbucks, Pour House and Human Bean. You get what you pay for their. Never again.
