Our daughter and Son-in-Law chose Tipton's Traditions for their wedding cake based on word of mouth and their cupcakes. When I say it was THE best cake I have ever tasted, I mean it! The cake itself was moist, yet fluffy, and the frosting was buttercream, but it was light and airy and not sickeningly sweet. We had so many compliments and people asking who made it.

The first time I went in, the women were nice but the baked stuff sucked, the second time I went in I asked for a custom cake and I said the date and the woman looked at me like I was stupid and said “they can’t do it” & then proceeded to stare at me. She was friendly to the guy in front of me but when I got up to the counter she was super rude. My friend also said she had a bad experience with you all and your cupcakes sucked & you all were rude to her also. I will not be going back, I’ll just go to a different bakery.

Love the no bake cookies and cupcakes. My only complaint is the availability on the no bakes. Seems like every time I stop in or call they are out? If they are that popular and sell out quick Make More and More Often! Looking forward to trying a birthday cake

We purchased a cookie cake for the Fourth of July. When my daughter went in to get one they were out so they told her they could fix her one, Great! Took about 15min and it was Awesome!! July 9th called in to order one for my daughter’s birthday on the 13th because she loved it as well, was told no they couldn’t fix one they were booked! So disappointed. Guess some days you can get one in 15min and some not in 4 days 🤷🏻♀️

We have frequented Tipton’s often. Many times the staff seemed a little grumpy. Today my husband was in there and he with a few other customers just stood there with no acknowledgment for well over 10 minutes. Staff was complaining about how they were already over with the day in the front of the bakery.
I get having bad days but you speak about it in private and on your own.
We ordered a cake for our daughter’s college signing. She is a golfer. So we sent her a picture of a golf course and the result was amazing.

The petit fours and tiramisu are delicious (I got my tiramisu with some espresso frosting added! The service is great! I love this place! My sister also got her wedding cake from here this year, and it was beautiful and delicious!
