I placed an online order and apparently some of the order was to be delivered by "Tim". The items were left beside public mailboxes in the floor. Who does that?? When I called over and over, there were no apologizes and I had to get a refund. It was awful! I've learned my lesson
I placed an order online through the photo lab and it says that it was delayed however it was place don November 28th and when I spoke to an associate at the store to pick up, they said they can't find ky order. I have been trying to call the store and no one answers and when they do, they can't help me or it just rings and rings. This store is awful.

I placed on online order that had third party items in it. They arrived ripped and not the size I ordered. Did a return online which was easy enough but I chose to return to the store instead of getting a label because I thought that would be faster. I was soooooo wrong. I have made 4 round trips to both the South Point and Ashland Walmarts only to be told they can not accept my return because the machine they use for third party returns is always down.My suggestion is to never...read full review
