Makes twice I've gotten the big bacon classic meal and no bacon...I mean seriously its called BIG BACON CLASSIC 😠😠 so aggravating to give these outrageous prices for food and then not get what you ordered you should nit have to check your meal everytime you get 😠😠😠

Now, don't get me wrong I love a good Wendy's every now and then. I have been here my whole life and it's progressively gotten... worse. I suppose it's the same as a lot and the company itself contributed, absolutely. But here at this one. For a long time we had Jerry. He vanished a while back. He was the best. Ever since he left, orders have always been wrong or so out of it you'd think you'd ordered someone else's meal. And inside? Eh. Fine, some days. Matter of timing and the season. May wait a while though.

Normally we don't go here me and my boyfriend decided to go to Wendy's and get something to eat and like I said again normally we do not go here but unfortunately we did tonight it was by far the worst we got the double baconator with no mayo we also got the number seven double with everything on that we got our bags the fries were fresh delicious drinks were good but our sandwiches were all wrong they gave us a single and it had everything on it including mayonnaise they didn't give us a receipt the guy I believe probably is the manager was just the meanest person you can never see in a Drive-Thru window I would like to say get it together guys by far the worst service

Went here the other day to grab some food and OH MY GOD. they shouldn't be allowed to call themselves fast food of any kind. 27 minutes, that's how long I waited to get my food. Now I will say it was very fresh and hot, I had to wait a little longer to eat it, but it took 27 minutes for two baconators and a drink. There was one, and only, one car in front of me in the drive thru at the time and they had been there before since before I even ordered. It's insane how long it took to get the food and the cashier at the window seemed way more interested in talking to her friend inside about someone's bad haircut than doing any kind of work. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Wendys really doesnt care who they hire anymore, they need to make sure the people they have in carry out actually has customer service. At this location, you can say thank you all you want when they hand you your stuff but all you get back is a stale face and a “yupp”. And they dont care if you have all your stuff or not, and dont offer a receipt. Shouldn’t have to ask for the receipt, it should automatically be handed to you with your card/change.
Usually they are fast but today for some reason 25 minutes to get through line

The dude manager was straight rude. Didn’t say a word to me even though I said hello how are you! In the nicest voice. Plus they were all sitting outside when I pulled up then made me wait to get help lol. F that place I won’t go back.
I ordered DoorDash.. the fries were half full, no even warm and were also burnt and the two tea’s tasted like very watered down mtn.Dew… second time I’ve had issues here. Not ordering from you guys again.
