Sincerely the worker who was working this morning, (New Years Morning) was rude, she put more fries in the small than in the large, didn’t provide syrup or sauces and said the “F word” when they were asked for, after paying I was told “PULL UP” and I was just really blown away from how bad the service was. This store always had terrible service, stale buns, non accommodating staff. Idk what’s has gotten into fast food lately but this seems to be the norm, very disappointed

I'm not normally one to make a big deal about stuff but this was absolutely inexcusable. I came to your restaurant around noon today 10/25. I entered the restroom to use the bathroom and wash my hands before I ordered cuz there was already a long line. An employee young man blonde hair slight build rushed out of the bathroom and didnt appear to wash his hands. I go into the stall. He has peed EVERYWHERE. The floor, the back wall, the seat. Everywhere. Just piss. Everywhere. I had to get towels and handsoap to clean your bathroom just so that I could use it... annnnd you know what, nvm, this is just healthcode stuff. Google reviews wont do anything.

I was told today, not for the first time, that you no longer use the vanilla frosty cream in your cold brew coffees. I was told you only offer the new foam or half & half as a coffee option. The last few times I have ordered a cold brew, you didn't even add the chocolate or carmel. I see you also charge extra for the half & half. You need to edit your menu, if you no longer offer the mocha or carmel. This is just a plain iced coffee that is not worth the price asked. I'm going to McDs.

Each time we go we choose drive-thru. Extremely rare to have to walk in for something forgotten by staff. They are on point and food is great each time.

Drive thru, breakfast. The lady was clear and polite and fast. At the window easy transaction got food it was quick. Food was fresh and hot. Great job!

The manager basically called me a liar I order fry no salt for my wife and she took bite said it has salt on them cause I didn't have to wait I got it pretty fast soon I pulled up need put it out there don't eat at 1 in russell

It’s not a huge deal but tax is 6% of every dollar in ky I had to go and look it up to make sure so why were my two drink 2.18 with tax when drinks are a dollar each so 1.00+1.00+tax should’ve been 2.12. It now makes me think if everything at this Wendys is getting extra taxed because I hope not that could cause a huge law problem for them
