After a certain time in the evenings when going through the drive through you have to sit at the speaker approximately 5 to 10 minutes while the staff waits on the person in front of you. Need better communication with employees and how to keep people not waiting a very long

Service was no good. The girl at the register was playing on her phone instead of taking orders. And the girl putting the food out for the customers had to check her phone before getting my 2 sandwich's to me.

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant. This order was to take home and bought through the drive-thru. The service was excellent and order was prepared correctly and quickly. The food was great, as always. I would recommend this location.
