The food is usually cold, and the wait is ridiculous. The drive-thru wait is insane even if only 3 cars in line. Orders are usually wrong.

When I arrived at counter I was the only person in the restaurant. Three people looked at me but did not approach me nor speak. Finally a person walked by and said they'd be right with me but then disappeared. I waited for longer than I felt I should, then I left. The experience was not conducive to a return visit.

Went back through the drive thru after we got a chicken sandwich instead of the nacho burger we ordered and politely let them know we received the wrong sandwich. Which is understandable as it does happen. As we pull up to the window 2 girls are at the window and hand us a small bag with the right sandwich (I’m assuming) and tell us sarcasticly that they “didn’t spit in our food.” completely unprompted, And complained that “we called her manager and told on her.” Which we never did, we knew it was most likely an honest mistake as I used to work in food service and it happens a lot and there’s no reason to get upset over a mistake. We let them know that now we’ll definitely be contacting a manager after that remark. Didn’t eat the sandwich obviously out of the risk she most likely did spit in it after the remark she made. Disgusting trashy teenage employees with horrible attitudes. Contacted corporate and will assure these nasty girls get fired. Be aware because your food most likely will get messed with if they think you called managers lol

They're poopy heads, no but seriously the only thing I REALLY like in their menu is their sweet tea and maybe the double stacker bacon. Their frosty is just icecream with milk added into it and spun around, literally just ice cream from kroger that was made into a soup.Their employees are trash, literally my big brother worked there at a kentucky location and when he quit the manager threatened to run him over if she ever saw him again. His co-workers never did as mych work as he did, and yet they all got to keep their jobs. Not complaining tho, it's a good thing he escaped from hell on earth.

Sent my wife to "Wendy's at US 60 Cannonsburg Ky last weekend to get me a large&a small Chili,I had a hankering for some.She drove about 8 miles to get it&then 8 miles back,I was looking forward to some Chili, hadn't had any since winter,She brought it home & I opened it,looked at it,tasted it,ate 3 to 4 bites&THROWED IT IN THE GARBAGE ? The Beans were barely cooked&hard, Barely No meat in it Very little&the soup tasted Sweet?? needless to say,I Will Not be sending My wife nor will I be buying food at "Wendy's again ! It's All to Clear they No longer Care about serving customers Quality food .

Nice people but not great at their job. Constantly getting order wrong. They never give me everything I ask and pay for. Check your bag before you leave the window, cause I guarantee you something is missing. Sorry but it's true.

Waited in drive thru for over a half hour was charged for food that I did not receive and the food I was gave was not correct after calling several times I figured out the phone was off the hook as pricey as food is now you definitely want what you pay for
