I have personally witnessed rude, aggressive customers give false complaints that I could prove as such, and yet, the employees remained calm, did not return the rudeness and aggression, and resolved the issues. The crew and management are very friendly to each other and to customers, and they communicate very effectively in the kitchen, even adding a little humor to ease the daily grind. Indeed, they seem to push through long, busy drive-thru lines with grace. I strongly recommend promotions, raises, and other forms of appreciation and congratulations to the crew and their management.“
