for some reason my app sent my order to another store i contacted the wrong store and my local store done a great job taking care of the problem and all i can say is thank you great service!

The order was incorrect once again and also very poorly put together. This is a regular occurrence at this location. I shouldn't have to pull back in the parking lot after leaving the drive thru just to double check a very simple order. They are always out of items and during once visit they had no sides at all. The wait time is horrible as well. My son loves burger king so when I'm traveling through this town I make a pit stop to pick it up as it's the only one on my path, but I think this last visit will in fact be my last. Maybe they will eventually make some changes.

Stopped in after a morning meeting for a bit to eat inside stood there for a few minutes girl who was expediteting never looked back she was just shuffling sandwiches around not putting them out after l ordered few minutes went by and she looked back and ask if I was dining in I said yes watched her get tray and put my sandwich on it and set it in the warmer waiting for potatoes few more minutes and potatoes Finley came up so got my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and couldn't find a clean table I was discussed

To much is wrong with this place, what happened in the past year? Waited literally 20 minutes between ordering and paying, and then another 5 minutes after paying. The girl at the window was not pleasant at all, and the bacon king was the dryest piece of meat I've ever tasted. I'm guessing it was a few hours old with how bad it was. I don't know what happened here but corporate definitely needs to reevaluate who's running this place before they lose all their business completely.

This location was good as any Burger King. However the last 3 or 4 times I ate at Burger King I regretted it . The whopper sandwich was a struggle to finish, it was upsetting my stomach. I could alternate the fries with a bite of the burger to get it down . The fries were not as good as other fast food places but tasted better then the sandwich. I used to really like Whoppers, what happened? $12 for a Burger combo? I'll stick with the Chinese buffets for that price.
This place needs to be destroyed and something new built or completely new management and new staff I have tried several times because Burger King is one of my faves sadly I moved to an area where this one is literally the worst they take no pride in the food they make and for the outrageous price they now chargethis is unacceptable I won't be returning should have known why all the other fast food chains are busy busy busy this place is a ghost town and this is why ...

Fully remodeled burger king and clean inside but food and staff are horrible. Staff looks like they hate the existence of that place, they look like no training to customer service was ever provided. Food is horrible, I made order and returned to register to make another one the staff just ignored me, they were talking to each other like that’s their only job. I gave this place second chance and always bad experience, hate the food and even my kids hate eating here.My double whopper was smaller than whopper JR. So I do not recommend it at all, Wendy’s across the street is more expensive but at least food is great and service even better.
