Waited over 40 mins for food that I paid an ungodly amount for. It would've been cheaper to eat at a dine in restaurant. Half of our order was missing, didn't realize until we got home of course. People were walking in angry because they'd been sitting in the parking lot waiting all day for 2 chicken strips. I wouldn't bother to review except, this place was my first job and nothing has changed. They leave 2 teenagers in the restaurant and expect it to work out. The kids look miserable and their service is awful, not that they can help it. The food that I paid for and actually got was soaked in grease and tasted like msg. You don't even get the crumbs anymore. It literally says crumbs on the box.

Waited a whole 40 minutes for 4 platters, this place is extremely understaffed and the manager should be held accountable. Once I got home I realized that the fish we ordered wasn't even in the box, and to beat it all, it wasn't even warm. How do you make someone wait that long for food that isn't even warm. Save yourself the time and just go get the frozen catfish at Save a Lot and make it at home. My stomach is also absolutely killing me, would not recommend for people with sensitive stomachs, this is the worst LJS I've ever been to. We were not the only people in the restaurant complaining either.

I have nothing good to say about this long John sliver. The ones that work at this are Absolutely rude.The girl that took our order doesn't need to be working in a place that she has to deal with order's. Know smile know thank .Her name is Lainey. People that come in after us were served before us and ones that come the windowwere served first. We have never been treated disrespected as we were today Needles to say we will not come back.if it was my place of business I would fire all of them.

Stopped in around 8:00 pm on Sunday evening. Ordered a #1 and they were out of hush puppies. Asked if we could add something in it's place as we weren't getting the full combo or a discount. They wouldn't do either. Said it was store policy. Definitely not good customer service. Also had to wait over 15 minutes for food. I'll be bypassing this Long John's in the future.

Food was quick. I have absolutely nothing negative to day at all. The drive thru experience was not a long wait at all and the employee was very courteous.
