Papa Johns Pizza

So I walk in and I see my pizza sitting on the counter with my name, but the lady in there is hollering that she doesn’t have time to look and to give us our pizza so the waiting room is full of people and I say, ma’am, I can see my pizza sitting right there and she says no that’s not your pizza it’s not been made yet. Proceeds to walk over and check it and guess what they’re my pizza set and I had to wait on her to make five pizza but before I got my own Come on man get a grip

Worst service ever. This is now the third time I’ve tried to order. An hour later I will get a call saying they don’t have a delivery driver, but they passed my order on to DoorDash, well they never show up, so instead of being able to plan something else for dinner, sit til 9:30 and then get a call being told “oh your out of luck but call back and we will give you a discount” really appreciate the horrible service. Don’t take delivery orders if you don’t actually have someone to make them.

I have eaten at this location ever since they opened up, This place has had it's up's and down's but the crew always tries their best. There have been times where the food comes out just horrible, but most of the time they do a good job. My recent order was their Shaq-a-Roni Pizza and it was delicious.
Try not to read into the reviews too much and give this place a try, I believe they do a good job and food is great. I always leave a tip for the staff so i hope you do the same.

So my mother's order was superb. However I ordered Philly Cheese Steak and been vomiting and diarrhea all night and morning. The delivery was quick I will say that less than 30 minutes. However I have gotten food poisoned 6x there. I am done.... They do their best with what they have. Saying this I am certain my green peppers and onions were old and only 3 pieces had steak on them. The other food was good. However their pizza is always awful.

Tried to order large pizza half no cheese. They refused. So much for fresh hand made pizza. Went next door to pizza hut and it was no problem.

Upon calling this place for delivery, the woman that we talked to over the phone was more than polite. After ordering our dinner it arrived in less than 30 minutes which is awesome and it was still hot so it was kept fresh which is really good. The delivery woman was beyond nice to us. I would chose this place again for my dinner in the future just because the food is great and the employees are polite and know how to take care of their customers better than any place I have ever seen so far for take out.

These workers which are very few need help there always the same 2 or 3 people there unless it's new employees there over worked and it shows by appearance cleanliness they are hard workers tho

So we called an ordered and hour and half ago ( 1 hour 30 minutes) and we was wondering what took so long, so we call and they say they canceled our order. Why didn’t they notify us? They said that door dash refused because it was a cash order. We’ve order there before and this has never happened, and it’s always been a cash order.

This place is awful. We put an order in almost an hour before they closed for a pizza, wings and apple pull apart. They canceled the order and when we called about it they said they're no longer doing deliveries. Worst pizza place, worst service and will never order from this place again.

I'm not fond of their food but my family loves it so that's worth at least 4 stars. The service is fast and it was delivered earlier then expected.

Order a pizza thought the app like always. Pick it up got home with it. When to seat down and started eating it taste like pure grease. I got cheese sticks. Wasn't cut right but that part was fine but the grease tasting part was bad we didn't even finish the whole thing. I also got garlic butter and It didn't taste right either it was like I was eating pure butter grease.
