This place is nasty. The manager is rude and looks like she hasnt bathed or put on clean clothes in a week. The cheese sticks were doughy and way too salty. The cook kept messing with his nose while cooking. The toilet had poop on the seat. They over charge and get rude when you ask why your order was double. There's no menu. They say you have to look online. But dont honor the online price. We order 3 things That were on the 7$ special. It should have been 21$ it was 40.70....
My order was correct, ready at time promised and was as ordered.
The lady cashier was friendly and polite. We will stop back next time through the area as we were traveling through that location.

Pizza Hut in Barbourville is good one time and horrible the next. There is no consistency in the food quality or service. But lately, it seems to be on a steady decline. I’m not sure what’s going on but hopefully this place will have a turn around and get back to the way it use to be.
