No tomatoes on taco supreme. Called back to ask if they were out of tomatoes and they said no. Didn’t seem to care either. Not Ty he first time it has happened. Do not recommend this location.

Poor service like these teens never worked a day in there life and the machine have timers for the food no reason all 5 diff burrito was burt 1 didnt have half the stuff it came with 9.99 for a burrito with steak and get no steak so 8 dollars over for burt cheese no woth my time and money for these teens

The literally worst restaurant in Barbourville. The past 4 times I have went they have messed my child’s food up. When you go back to get it fixed you are flooded with people at the window giving you a bad attitude like you asked for the poor experience. Do better. Also, please find a manager without active track marks.

There was a new girl there tonight that visited working her way through school. She was nervous because she usually isn't at the counter, but she did awesome. She was courteous. I have worked in the food industry and everyone new had to start somewhere. This allows me to respond with empathy and understanding. Allowing actual human interaction, not something AI. When something was missing for the order, she stepped up, let us know what was going on and when it was done, she brought it to us. She deserves recognition, but I don't know her name. On a regular, I deal with burnt out managers that just won't deal with the public. This girl was new and took care of the problems. She will take care of whatever position she is involved in. I believe she said she was working toward a career in Forensics. Keep being awesome! She will help customers return again, because she was a really person.

I live in Corbin, KY but was on my way back from Pineville and stopped by the Barbourville Taco Bell. I ordered the Grilled Steak Burrito $6.19 (same thing I ordered from Corbin's Taco Bell last week which shouldn't have cost over $3.00 it was so small and had about 1 tablespoon of steak) and fries. The steak burrito from the B'ville Taco Bell was twice the size, it was loaded (worth $6.19) with everything and they gave more fries. This is the Taco Bell to visit if you want good food and your money's worth. It was delicious. Steak in every bite. Thank you!
Robbed me of my tacos then wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call about them.

So I ordered a 5 layers burrito which is made with ground beef. Tell me why this burrito had steak in it with no beans or cheese at all. Maybe it was a new worker that didn’t know what they were doing? Bc we had ordered three different tacos/burritos and they were all made the same (steak and rice with sour cream), not how they are supposed to be made.
I had to use a fork to eat both burritos because they didn’t care to wrap them right

I'm not normally a picky person, but every time I come to this taco bell, it doesn't live up to the expectations. They're always out of stuff that's pretty important for the meal- like lettuce. If you're considering, I would probably just hit up a local Mexican restaurant instead.

The guy in drive thru was the best..at 6'o clock in evening
Ordered 2 taco supreme combo’s soft and crunchy!!! Soft wasn’t even supreme!! The crunchy really wasn’t either!! Only gave us 4 hot sauce for 6 tacos!!! Must be McDonald’s rejects……..

Love this place, the managers are amazing and nice, They don't have favoritism towards the employees and if the employee isn't doing their job they have chances to fix it, the food is amazing and if something is left off they aren't rude about it they get it fixed quickly and with a smile!
