The atmosphere was very chill, I had gotten the great white pumpkin iced coffee and it was wonderful. I personally love sweet coffee, and this coffee was perfect. It wasn’t too sweet and the coffee wasn’t gross and bitter. The service was excellent and the time to order and receive my coffee wasn’t long. 10/10 experience, better than Starbucks.
I've tried other coffee shops but IMO The Ugly Mug is the best!!! ☕ The drinks, customer service and the atmosphere is awesome! I definitely support and recommend it!!! ☕😍
Coffee was a bit weak and watered down. Took a while to get served because the employee kept chatting with the other person in line ahead of me after they had their food and while I waited to order. Nice place otherwise. Loved the atmosphere.
