Passing through town and stopped for a quick bite. My fish sandwich was great, fries were hot and fresh! This place was PACKED this afternoon, with some very demanding and needy customers clogging the order/pickup area inside. The Wendy's team was doing a fantastic job trying to help everyone in the midst of customer -created chaos. Sucks they have to deal with entitled people and remain professional. I would recommend this place for the employees, but the customers sucked.

Food was cold, fries severely over salted! And the baconator fried were cold and pathetic cheese wasent even melted on my jr bacon! Bacon tasted old . I will drive 50 miles in the opposite direction just to never come back here! Extremely disappointed!

Food is typically good, they stay relatively busy, historically slow service. I recommend ordering hamburgers plain, then adding your own condiments, or have something handy to scrape off 2/3rds of what they slather on.
This is the slowest drive through in Knox county, it always has been, and likely always will be.
