Literally the worst fast food place in Barbourville. The food is always hit or miss, its always a 15+ minute wait, and they never get the order right. Don't order more than item because you won't get it.
Every time I've ordered two of the same item, I always get one. They're in such a rush to get off the speaker that they dont fully listen or they cant hear you. Then you end up having to add it on at the pay window.
I've worked fast food many times and I understand that it sucks, but it's literally every stop here and every time.

I think Wendy's has the best spicy chicken around. Love the heat!
On average it’ll take you 15-20 minutes to get your food. Just took 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for me to receive a couple of bacon biscuits.. mind you that there were 3 employees and a manager just standing around with the finger up where the sun don’t shine.. just chit chatting and joking while there is a line back around to the highway…

Passing through town and stopped for a quick bite. My fish sandwich was great, fries were hot and fresh! This place was PACKED this afternoon, with some very demanding and needy customers clogging the order/pickup area inside. The Wendy's team was doing a fantastic job trying to help everyone in the midst of customer -created chaos. Sucks they have to deal with entitled people and remain professional. I would recommend this place for the employees, but the customers sucked.
