The food was ok. We weren't overly impressed with the turkey, bacon ranch sandwich. The bread seemed dry and there wasn't much ranch. Curly fries were good and the staff were all friendly.

Arby's in Bardstown used to be one of my go to places for food, but their quality was been tanking first with the cheddar cheese and now this. Tonight I doordashed and got the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich, four mozz sticks and a chocolate shake. One half of the sandwich I had was stale! The mozz sticks were wet inside when I bit into one and the cheese was hard. And the shake tasted like old milk after the first drink or two. Arby's you can do better than this, I know you can. Go back to quality. This is completely disgusting!

The drive-thru recording is wrong it said it was closed but they were open so I had to drive to the window and take my order so if you go at night and you get a recording at the board saying they're closed you might want to just drive around to the window and you might just get your order taken

Whoever is running this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. We stopped by at 9pm to get food. Wanted to order inside but the lobby was already locked. So we went through the drive through. We were asked to pull up past the window and waited nearly 20 minutes for our food even though it was only 3 sandwiches and 4 orders of fries. Low and behold when we finally do get our food, one of our sandwiches is wrong. And then they expected us to get back in the drive through and wait another 20 minutes to get our food fixed. We just asked for a refund on our money back. But the lobby was locked which means the only customers they had were drive through and there is no reason for it to have taken that long. I know, I worked at Arby's for a year previously. It's pathetic that they can't even get a simple order right.

Just ordered a double beef and cheddar, get home just a double roast beef plain, called and they keep hanging up smh
It was closed a couple times during opening hours a couple times. When it was open though, the food was hot and fresh and correct, I didn't have to pull up to the door and wait either.

we arrived at the location as the girl with the headset and another girl were just chit chatting by the dumpster, came over the headset and told us it would be a minute, they didn't rush as they wanted to finish their conversation. we got asked to pull to the rail to wait for 'fresh chicken', waited there about 15 minutes and people at the window were honking at us but we were doing as we were told. One bite into my chicken sandwich and a huge black hair was pulled out which ruined my appetite completely. $30 down the drain.
