These poor ladies. So Short staffed. Busy taking orders. Only one cook. Ran out of roast beef. Filled all drive thru orders and neglected dining room orders. Stupidness on door has rewards offer but you can't use the app here. They tried hard but I recommend you go somewhere else.

Ordered a half pound roast beef and cheese and the angus cheese steak. And had to wait. The food was cold. The roast beef and cheese had no cheese on it and only gave me 2 packs of horsey sauce for 2 big sandwiches. Won’t be back

I m from Brandenburg, Ky but was traveling thru Bardstown, Ky and i was craving a Rueben from Arbys, my go to, and potato cakes, so glad they are back to stay. So walked in to order and see they have a new ham n swiss sandwich, hmm, have to think on that one and ultimately ham n swiss won out, Rueben is always there. Very good taste, just wish 2 or 3 more slices of ham and it would have been as good as Hardees. Great working crew, polite, immediately greeted but didnt rush me, after all I had a difficult decision to make with the new sandwich . Restaurant was clean, organized. Bathroom also clean, well stocked. A+
The food was ok. We weren't overly impressed with the turkey, bacon ranch sandwich. The bread seemed dry and there wasn't much ranch. Curly fries were good and the staff were all friendly.

Arby's in Bardstown used to be one of my go to places for food, but their quality was been tanking first with the cheddar cheese and now this. Tonight I doordashed and got the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich, four mozz sticks and a chocolate shake. One half of the sandwich I had was stale! The mozz sticks were wet inside when I bit into one and the cheese was hard. And the shake tasted like old milk after the first drink or two. Arby's you can do better than this, I know you can. Go back to quality. This is completely disgusting!

The drive-thru recording is wrong it said it was closed but they were open so I had to drive to the window and take my order so if you go at night and you get a recording at the board saying they're closed you might want to just drive around to the window and you might just get your order taken
