The food was great. Atmosphere is lovely on a bright day. Our Server Will was the best. So knowledgeable. We really enjoyed him.

My husband ordered the special for Thursday January 22 and sent it back to the kitchen because the meat was tough, chewy and unacceptable. He replaced this meal with the Burgoo and said it was DELICIOUS. I had the kale salad and a side of french fries! Our drinks were good and the service was good.

Came here for lunch before our barrel thieving. Food was outstanding! Can't remember the server's name but she was sweet as pie and so welcoming! The chili is amazing!! Micheal was our tour guide and was absolutely fantastic!! He answered all our questions, offered suggestions and his enthusiasm for the brand shown through! Made my birthday!

The overall experience was great. However, the menu lacked the complexity of my previous visit, which I understand was due to a change in choices. The waitress was professional throughout the meal, but around 40 minutes in, I noticed a change in her attitude. She became rushed and hurried us along, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the bar experience was fantastic. I definitely plan to return.

Beautiful dining area and well decorated for the holidays. The food was good, bourbon flight options were awesome, and the service was great.

We have visited this restaurant twice and both times were excellent. The menu is limited but actually offers something for everyone.
Our server’s name was Diana. She was outstanding. Not only did she take care of us for food and drink, she was also a Bardstown ambassador. She shared events in the area throughout the year but also what makes Bardstown Bourbon unique and special. She made our experience special.

Lovely tour and tour guide (I think her name was Alex). They are doing a lot of experiments with their whiskey and I loved that aspect!

For a quiet Sunday afternoon, Shay made our experience unforgettable. My wife and I did a bourbon tasting and tried the Homemade Manhattan. Would highly recommend these unique and experimental bourbons for anyone visiting the area.

We had the absolute best tour with Michael! The distillery is gorgeous and the experience was amazing!

I really like this place. Drinks, food and atmosphere are good. Don't pass on the cheesecake! The only thing i would chsnge would be more food options on the menu.

Did the core four tour with a large group on Saturday afternoon. Alex our guide was not kind our respectful to the group to the point it was rude and not fun for the entire group. Bardstown bourbon is one of my personal favorites, but professionalism and quality customer service should be paramount for the brand. I know this group did not feel that from this tour. Disappointing from this tour guide to verbally bully several individuals in this group who had paid to come enjoy an experience.

We met with Will in the restaurant. Very nice guy. Never met a person like him so humble. He made all the effort to make our experience amazing. I would love to meet him again.

Jeanie was our server and was very attentive and personable. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious. I had the smash burger and my wife had the chicken sandwich. We shared a cup of bison chili. Will be back next time in town for sure!
