Went on Sunday, Aug 3, having driven down from Lexington. The # of weeds and the quality of the putting surface was disturbing. The fringe was non existent and was nothing but crab grass. The greens had tons of poorly repaired or not repaired ball marks and were very bumpy. The rpugh was full of weeds and it was difficult to find balls due to the dandelions. Overall, pace of play was decent which was a positive. When the round ended, the cart attendant came to us and immediately...
It would be a 5 but members make it feel very inclusive... I'm a scratch golfer just trying to golf the courses in ky, this course if your not a member or know someone your jumped in front of and forget about playing thru. Rude memebers ruin courses
This course has a nice layout and decent greens, but the fairways and tee boxes need a lot of work. Should have taken photos of some of the tee boxes because many looked like 8x8 squares cut into the rough overrun by anthills!
We did have dinner at the clubhouse and enjoyed the hot brown on the menu.
So probably back for food, but not golf.
