My friend and I were in Baskin-Robbins on Valentine's Day looking for a cake for her son. She had him on the phone telling him what cakes they had. We had the door open and we were describing all the ones they had when the cashier came over and told us to shut the door. Well we couldn't see the ones on top. So we shut the door and walked out. And Dairy Queen got $30.00 and NOT Baskin Robbins!! We won't be back!!!

I have been coming here for many years! It's disappointing when you spend $20 on three cups of milk instead of milkshakes! That is absolutely ridiculous. I had asked for a jamoca milkshake and got the almond one. It took about 10 minutes of waiting time to get it. Makes no sense to me. We got to do better! I won't be back here again.

Bad experience over-all, the wait was too long, the new workers are bad, milkshake was too watery, I miss the old ladies that were nice to everyone and took care of the customers, idk who owns the store but they’re not doing good at their job.

I had been going there for ever a d almost every night for s mo th because my grandkids loves the creatures creations but 2 time I went it was horrible the first time I sent my son to get me a brownie sundae he came back with it overflowing in a smaller cup and the brownie In Another cup it was the sloppiest thing I ever seen so I took it back and the little boy who waited in him and I guess the manager who has red hair were so rude about it they were so unprofessional as they could be refused to remake it or give me my money back so they argued with me until they did I should have recorded it just to show everyone how rude they were. And the secind time I was like ok im gonna give them another chance so me and my mom went but my mom was the only one who got something 1 scoop of butter pecan on a regular cone she got it we left got to wendys and she licked a piece of hair made her sick at the stomach so we took it back and the same guy who was so rude with me the week before seen it and all he could say was sorry wasnt being smart or anything never offered me my money back or nothing this place must have new management because it never used to be this bad and the new owners suck they are so rude and unprofessional til its wasnt funny I will never go back to this place the staff should be wearing hair nets with those visors they wear. I only wished I had taken pictures of the slop they send out that window. I dont recommend anyone go here they are nasty people all around.
There might be the only one with snickers ice cream because the e town ones said they don't serve them only so yay go Bardstown and BOO E- town

there was a young man working completely by himself on this super busy Sunday (05/14/2023) and he was AMAZING! He was incredibly kind and working hard to take care of everyone. He refers to customers as “my friend” which I find wholesome. I hope management sees this and learns how to properly schedule staff. One person is not enough for warm weather and weekend days. 5 stars for the young man working today. 1 star for management.
