Group of 4 just happened upon this place for lunch, 3 had the pulled pork sandwich, 1 with the waygu burger, all we're excellent. Baked beans some of the best. Onion rings great, Cole slaw and Mac and cheese wonderful as well. Beer and bourbon selection good, new owners/ management knocking it out of the park

Visiting Bardstown on a rainy day. We stopped at Brazen Bull to have some drinks, we were not hungry so we can't speak on the food. This rating was based on drinks and customer service. Our bartender was very friendly and personable. We ended up getting the beer flights from Country Boy Brewing. Great stuff. Our favorites were Shotgun Wedding, Cherry Bomb, Hazelnut Stout and Cliff Jumper. Made it a nice touch to enjoy a brewery we won't be able to visit during our stay in Bardstown.

Sparse interior. Menu is very simple, 1 steak option and only like 4 sandwiches/burgers but kitchen can't turn out food. Food took forever - nearly 40+ min for 2 sandwiches. Seated first and ordered. Our order was delivered long after tables around us who arrived afterwards. Burger was overcooked and so hard I couldn't cut it with a fork. Baked beans were overly sweet. Shortly after delivering our food we were asked to take the check. Felt like we were being pushed out. Very disappointed.

Everything was so good. The fried chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, not dry still so moist. We meet the owner Curtis, who was the chef and his wife, who was our waitress, such friendly people. The burger my husband said was so good. Great selection of alcohol and beer. Glad we made the choice to stop in for lunch

Very welcoming, courteous staff, fantastic food & great portion sizes! THE best chicken tenders and batter dipped steak fries! The atmosphere was classy simple and relaxing, I have been telling everyone about my visit! Highly recommend!

Staff is great, service was good and food was cooked well, but I ordered a wagyu burger and there is no way that was wagyu. Too expensive for what you get. Will try somewhere else next time!

I can’t recommend a place when the atmosphere is toxic. The manager chose to manage her staff in front of customers. She has a high-intense emotional style of managing, to put it nicely. I felt bad for the staff who. All seemed nice and did their jobs.

Adrianna was amazing and made our visit a trip to remember. She is totally on spot and should be visited. We loved her and will definitely be back. Her smile and personality just lit up the place.

Great happy hour. The employees are awesome and clearly care about the success of this new business! Can't wait to try the food.

It's a barbeque place that doesn't have barbeque sauce. They managed to run out of cabbage for the coleslaw. The food is bad. They soak the bread in grease, to the point where it's spongy. The only side close to decent is the fries. There are a lot of places to eat, for your own sake, go elsewhere.Update Day 1: Still feeling the effects of the grease drenched bread. It's not worth it...

The worst restaurant I've ever been to. It was awful and then I got physically ill. Bartender was nice tho

NEW MANAGEMENT! Family managed and working to get things off the ground. We stopped in mid-afternoon on a Thursday (hours need to be updated) for a cocktail, a barstool and some air conditioning. We already had reservation for lunch elsewhere so we didn't eat. They are currently offering a a limited menu while they get things off the ground. Go here!

Obviously understaffed but apologetic about it. Service was very pleasant and courteous though terribly slow. We had the fried deviled eggs - yumm! Covered in a light batter and deep fried, then served with a pleasant mayo sauce and bacon bits. Very tasty. Side salad with their Golden Dressing. Nice, average side salad. The dressing was very tasty, could use a bit of spice for balance. My partner had the wagyu hamburger. The bun was very tasty. The side of French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Very good. The hamburger was over cooked and tough. I mentioned that I was lactose intolerant at the beginning of our order and we chose with that in mind. Unfortunately, the waiter gave us in accurate information. There was dairy in one of the sauces. The ride home to Nashville was unpleasant. So, a mixed review - some food was very good, some not so hot. Service was very pleasant but not as informed as necessary.

We have been there several times and we LOVE IT! The staff is attentive and the food is great. The burger is the best Ive had and its priced too low in my opinion. The bread is incredible.
