Stopped here for lunch, sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes. It took a long time to get my order and a long time to get my food. When I got my food, the chicken sandwich was hot, but the burger was cold. The lady that took my payment at the window was very rude for no reason. They couldn't handle four cars at three o'clock.

Over 15 mins in drive thru. ONE car in front of me. They took orders from the other lane instead of both. BK in Bardstown is horrible. I only went there because of only 1 car in front of me.

They where very slow and when we got to the window they gave us the wrong order. then didn't even get my order right. They were arguing with me because I was missing food and even though it was on the receipt they said I didn't order it. And on top of all that the food was cold not warm cold and the food was still wrong.

Food here is it or miss. TI think they make to much food all at once. I don’t think they checked the holding times when its expires its not thrown out. One day you might get a hard biscuit that you can’t eat, the next time it’s the hash browns they might be so hard they are like hockey pucks. I just wanna get a decent breakfast when I get to go there with everything fresh

Ordered 12 meals and only got 11 whoppers and 8 fries. That's ridiculous and crazy. You don't even count? At least you should have said sorry to me. It takes 15minutes to get there so you wasted my damn 30minutes. No apology and just focusing on your job is also crazy. What a terrible service. Thank you for making a terrible memory today. Keep doing like that guys.

I don’t normally write reviews but this team deserves the praise. I order from this Burger King about 3 times a week after my shifts so I’m a frequent customer. I would like to give appreciation to the night time crew. They are always friendly and quick. Last week, I did have an issue with an order but Zach was quick to address it today without me bringing it up. He was amazing and made me feel welcome. Food is always hot and cooked throughly. Keep it up night crew!!
