I waited to drive through while five people pass by in the other lane when some one finally got to me they had an attitude and I guess there boss took over and said they were getting confused. How to fear of my food getting spited on I went inside to get my order

I ordered my food to b delivered. It was cold you can tell the meat has been cooked awhile and sat in the warmer it’s nasty onions r slimy and the fries and onion rings are old complete trash . I had to pick it apart it’s nasty

Ordered Churro fries on DoorDash and that had zero cinnamon sugar. It was just deep fried greezy bread.

Thought I would give them another try but the same thing happened. Paid 8 bucks for a burger that had been sitting so long the bun was soggy all the way through and had been warmed up... lettuce and mayo were cooked and cheese had mostly melted off the burger. I would have taken it in but I was already back at work. If I could give a negative review I would.

Lack luster. Breakfast sandwich was tiny for an $11 "meal". I buy 3 sandwiches from somewhere else for the price. Won't be returning for breakfast

The attitude that came from the cashier and other employees was some of the most rudest I've encountered. We live 2 1/2 hours away and I have to say we will not be back. The lady slid our milkshakes almost in the floor she slung them so hard. Our ice cream cones were toddler size. There was no friendliness or cleanliness here either. The behavior is unacceptable. Please do better!!

After working a 14 hour shift and eating for the first time that day, I decided to stop and get something to eat. Being it was 9:30 pm I figured I would ask for fresh food. (I figured since they weren’t busy what ever food they had was sitting for a while).. The girl said the would make it fresh. I looked in the window and the staff was laughing.. they gave me my food in less than a minute.. clearly not enough time to make it fresh. The jr whopper was disgusting. The bread was like hot rubber, the meat was like cardboard and the toppings were soggy. It was obviously just thrown back on the grill. So, whatever, I just threw it away when I got home. Thanks Burger King.. you sucked before, my bad for giving it another try, because you still stuck and the employees need to apply as door greeters at Walmart

Seriously the worst drive through to get food experience in Bardstown. The lady taking the payments is not well. This was followed up by cold french fries, a stale chicken rubber sandwich, and overcooked nuggets. Were these leftovers from days ago?? Someone in the health department needs to check on this sad experience called fast food. Fourteen wasted dollars later the only thing correct was my coke. Do better

I ordered a $7.99 meal, but they up charged me for my drinks and fries. My daughter did an online order for her meal and they still didn't get it right. Plus her sandwich had two bottoms and no top bun. Idk if they are new or just don't listen.
