Just went to the Bardstown location. They tried to charge me over $2 just for cheese. I asked for a $5 duo meal and it was almost $8. Cheese is $.40. Seems like they are trying to over charge to maybe pocket some money. I will never go to this location ever again!!!!!!

šŸšØšŸ˜Ŗāš ļøāš ļøHorrible food. I only come here for work. And everytime I come its always a mess up. The cinnamon buns were cooked really hard. And like I said I stop on the way to work so I always have to spend my money. Then throw it away if its nasty. šŸšØšŸšØāš ļøāš ļø

Went today November 11 2025 at approximately 2pm got a number 1 large. Fries was salty and tasted old burger was cold and thrown together had to ask for my drink at the window and didn't even get napkins. It has happened last few time I've been there I don't think i will return

Tried coming here four days ago, Had to leave because we sat in the drive-through for so long, line barley moved. Come back to give it another try today since it didn’t seem busy, Sat in the drive-through at the speaker for 15 minutes with little to no line. The blonde girl w glasses at the window was on her phone while people waited for their order to be taken. People love to say ā€œput an application in, they need help, they’re short staffedā€œ but honestly, it looks like the help they need is management making sure their employees are actually working. Here’s a photo of her on her phone while me and 2 other cars were waiting to have our order taken (& only one car at the window ahead)

Food was either way overcooked or been sitting in warmers too long. Mozzarella sticks were dry and disgusting. Mocha iced coffee was more creamer than mocha.

Pulled up to the drive through window and was asked to wait. When they finally took my order, there were no other cars in the line I get to the second window I pay and then I’m asked to pull up to wait on my order because they have a timer that they have A timer they have to beat. What about Customer Service? Why should I pull up when there’s no one behind me? This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever known Burger King to do.

I come through the drive-through got two whopper meals one with bacon one without and the mayonnaise. It was so bad. The burger would not stay together. I’ve been into a mouthful of mayonnaise and onions. You’re lucky I can’t give you a zero for rating.

Came on a Sunday and the place was clean and busy but still great for dine in. The food and customer service was great as well. I do recommend and will be returning.

The food was a little pricey and the atmosphere they could have used someone to clean up behind the counters there was food on the floor french fries and they were very slow at taking your order. I just had a double bacon King and it was almost $11 just for one sandwich. Not really worth it when you can go to Chili's and get a appetizer burger and unlimited fries and a drink for the same price oh well live and learn that's all you can say.

The worst Burger King. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, fries and nuggets at the drive thru, didn’t get a receipt first thing. Had to go back in line to tell them I didn’t get the other sandwich, waited another 15 minutes to get the Sandwich. Service today was crap. I’ll go else where.

Food was hot, but it was because we came for breakfast at 10:15 a.m. and sat in drive-thru so long they changed to lunch at 10:30 a.m. Who eats lunch that early? Had to get a new code for my order because it wasn't good by the time we got to speaker. When we finally got to place an order, the staff wasn't friendly, but the food was fast and hot. Guess that's what really matters.

Stopped here for lunch, sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes. It took a long time to get my order and a long time to get my food. When I got my food, the chicken sandwich was hot, but the burger was cold. The lady that took my payment at the window was very rude for no reason. They couldn't handle four cars at three o'clock.
