A restaurant where you can feel the atmosphere of a western movie. The free peanuts and bread are also delicious. The food is reasonably priced and it's my favorite restaurant in Bardstown.
We were seated quickly and our waitress’s name was Elaine. We ordered fried green beans a with spicy ranch dressing/ranch dressing for our appetizer. It was delicious and worth trying for an appetizer. Next was our side salad with Thousand Island dressing. It was fresh and crisp. The croutons were a bit hard but otherwise very good. For main course, I had the Blackened Salmon with a baked potato, butter and sour cream. The salmon was properly cooked and not overly seasoned....
The steak was cooked perfectly, however, it was a little bland. Asking for the bold, Southwest seasonings, called their del Rio ribeye, I would have expected it to be a little more flavorful. After adding salt and some of their seasoning salt that they had on the table, it was absolutely wonderful.
