My french fries are either lukewarm or cold! That's the only problem I have with this establishment. I need to say also that the food the hamburgers or whatever I order are absolutely hot and delicious.

Drove 6 miles out of my way…did not disappoint. Fries were hot and crispy. Got the extra pickles on my burger. Blizzard was just how I like it. Well done Ethan and team.

I ordered a turtle pecan cluster they gave me just a vanilla blizzard and failed to give me my hot fudge sundae

These people are morons. I ask for EXTRA candy in a blizzard and I have to pay extra for it. Come to actually get it? Legit, there’s no candy in it at all. This is the third time in a row they’ve done it. Y’all, it ain’t that hard. And you’re charging me extra for nothing? Simpletons.

We love Dairy Queen's breakfast. We are from Wyoming so ours doesn't have this option.

The service sucks! Manger kicked some kids out for being disrespectful and said me and my friend had to leave mid meal but the food is decent and who ever made my blizzard did a great job

Ordered for dine in. Curds and two blizzards. Was told they would bring them out. None of the order was delivered After approximately 10 minutes I went to the counter and the curds magically appeared. Waited for another 20 minutes. Was told the blizzards were made but they couldn’t find me. Me and my spouse were the only folks in the dinning area and we were literally the first table you’d come to. Bottom line is no one looked for us and we were lied to. The whole quick late night bite took well over 30 minutes. No apologies at all and the manager literally lied about looking for us. The DQ is not that big and we were seated in the dinning area. Not a fan of the incredibly SLOW speed but especially disappointed with being lied to without an apology. I’d avoid this DQ! Happy does not taste good at this DQ!

Yall I just had the worst breakfast known to man kind from the Bardstown, KY Dairy Queen. I ordered a 1/2 biscuit and gravy, hash brown and small 1/2 & 1/2 sweet tea. I will say the service was okay no complaints there. But ya'll this food was absolutely disgusting. My biscuit and gravy was ice cold, so I warmed it up and it tasted like a powdery mess...the hashbrown was also cold, heated it up and ate it...the stain you see on the bag is from the so dang greasy hashbrown...my total was only $4.38 but it is still my hard earned money that I choose where to spend it....needless to say it will NEVER be at the Dairy Queen in Bardstown, KY

I was waiting an hour for my food and the manager Tara was just being rude to me and I didn’t like the way she was talking to the other workers it just felt disrespectful and I know from my past experience in fast food when your manager is always rude it makes the job suck. Someone needs to do something about it!
