Very clean and large dining area. Most of what we ordered was good and what was not was addressed by the staff.

I thought my Fettuccine Alfredo was lacking on the meat, but I was grateful they gave me a bit more without a fuss. Everything tasted good. I would just order extra chicken ahead of time when I order again. I added the before and after pictures of the additional meat. With the good service, I am happy to leave this review with full stars.

Ordered Alfredo and spaghetti dinner. Noodles were so dry, hardly no sauce at all. Ordered online still had to wait 20 minutes after driving there to pick it up. There were 4 cars in front of us also waiting for orders. Saw them set a bag of food on the counter while we were waiting. They brought out everyone's order in front of us and even gave an order to the car behind us while we were still waiting. Then the girl at the drive through came out and ask what order we were waiting for, told her and then the lady that was doing the cooking comes out from the back and picks up the bag of food that had been sitting there for 20 minutes, with drinks and brings it out to us. So obviously the food was cold when we got home, everything had to be reheated. There was no sauce to speak of. So we basically got dry cold noodles and two watered down pepsi.

The young man named Jesse that worked the drive through today was super polite and and very respectful, had a smile on his face and asked how my day was going, also mentioned how the lord blessed us with a beautiful day. Give that man a raise!

Always good food. The children size serving, great for my grandchildren! Discount for children dishes and seniors Discount too. Great bread sticks!Every one wants to go back great desserts, too! The young people who wait on us are always helpful and smiling all the time. Your company picked good workers restrant always clean,and decorated for different holidays.

Update! Customer service was way better this last time we visited.
Food is good if you eat at the restaurant, it's hit or miss if you go through the drive through. Service is usually good, when you have the attention of the staff, however the front line workers stand around a lot and don't see you until you make an audible request for help, also they complain a lot about the things I would consider is their job... If you are unhappy with what you do, figure that out and don't make customers uncomfortable with your attitude.
The restaurant itself is very nice and clean looking.
We were traveling to Nashville with friends and stopped for a lunch in Bardstown. We all like Fazolis and took a break from driving. My wife got the lunch special with spaghetti and I had my usual, chicken parmesan. We both agreed that our meals were quite good and was a good choice for the lunch stop. We appreciate that the restaurant is so near the highway allowing us to get off for lunch then back on our way easily.

Got the baked classic sampler and they shoved 3 items in 1 container and my 20 oz soda was bigger then the container plus a md tea and that was $13?! Not worth the price at all for the foods portions.

Slowest Service we have been to in ages. Contemplated asking for our money back. Messed up our order. Got chicken Parm instead of chicken carbonara. Location was freezing

We were excited to find this restaurant due to not having ine where we live. We waited and waited for the cashier to take our order. She had seen us enter and that we were waiting to be acknowledged and place our order. She either stood facing the drive-thru monitor or with her back to us, never making contact. My sister-in-law finally said we were ready and she looked at us and said I can't do anything right now and looked back at the monitor. She did not offer a reason or an apology. We walked out at that point. Very bad experience when we were totally looking forward to dine at a Fazoli's for the first time in many, many years!
