Was disappointed that before I even got my food the cashier asked about a tip four times and bashed her coworkers who prepared amazing food by the way and saying they dont do much to deserve a tip and being a cook myself that made me feel disrespected to hear that the cooks of such a amazing restaurant get bashed like that by such a selfish woman people like that dont deserve tips and I made sure that she got the tip she deserved when I reported her to her managers and to that lady at the register have the day you so absolutely deserve

I wish I could rate their food higher, but unfortunately it tasted like pre-cooked microwaved food. My fettuccine Alfredo was not up to par at all. I am so sad to say this, because I was lookin forward to better experience. Perhaps they’ll improve soon.

I find it appalling that a kids meal comes with one slice of pizza for $5.49. This location here in Bardstown Kentucky the soda machine was broken, had to walk to the counter to ask for refills and did not be busy at all still had to wait for breadsticks. The staff was kind.
So my wife has a dental problem and it's difficult to eat the MeatBall Sub. The manager allowed us to swap it out with a softer food so my wife could eat it. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here!!! The Stuffed Shells is AMAZING!!!

I ordered baked spaghetti extra sauce I got home it had no sauce I had to drive all the way back up there so they made me another one got back home it had so much sauce but was running out the top of lid ridiculous I will never ever go back
