Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We were in the drive through close to a half hour. The burgers were fine but the cheese fries were barely covered in cheese, soggy. The chocolate malt was the worst, seriously gross and tasted like thick chocolate syrup mixed with water and malt flavor. If that is how they typically make their malts and food, I don't see how they stay in business. I almost went back for a refund but there was no adult in site so we let it slide.

It took 45 min for us to get our food, 3 out of 3 of our orders had something wrong with it, and food was cold. When I asked for some sauce and lettuce to make my burger correct, I got 20 questions and attitude from the employee.

We had the best experience today at lunch. Absolutely loved Ebraham at the front counter. Super friendly & funny. Will definitely return he won us over as a new customer!!!!

Walked in and walked out! Place stunk like Sodium tripolyphosphate preservative (a nasty smell on old shrimp) or some kind of old cleaning product wiped all over the place. Smelled so bad my wife and I couldn’t even look at the menu. Hardly anyone in there except employees. I don’t get it 🤷🏻‍♂️.

The last three times I have went to this restaurant it has taken 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. This time the drive thru was completely empty and it still took 20 minutes. Pretty good food but won't go back until they figure this out

Ordered onion rings. They came out in one ball .. all stuck together. Not very good. Cheese curds and burgers were great.
