For the price it’s highly disappointing. Only been twice and each time they forgot an item. Cheese curds were greasy and squished. Burger was dry and instead of the concretes we ordered we ended up with liquid milkshakes. $65 for three people and I could get better food at Five guys… don’t waste your money.

I went to Freddy’s in Milford, OH and the drive-thru guy was SUPER FRIENDLY!!! His name was Justin! He was very welcoming and helpful and super cheerful which helped because I was having a not so good day and it cheered me up a bit! I highly recommend this location!

I have been ordering food with the app and picking it up since this location opened. Always had decent food, always had decent customer service. However, that was until tonight. I have always walked up to the counter and just grabbed the bag that has my name on it. However tonight went differently. There was a man standing on the outside of the counter, and as I approached he tried to step between me and the counter where my food was. I walked around him, and he asked if he could help me, and I told him "No thanks, just grabbing my food there". His next response was what started a chain reaction. He then proceeds to step between me and the door, and he then asked "Who are you?". Now this floored me and sent up my defensive warning alarms. What did he mean, "Who are you"? I'm the guy who's on his lunch break from work and who's food is getting cold is what I wanted to say, but I was so taken aback by the question, all I could do is say "What?" His next response was even worse : "Where do I know you from?" My reply was "Uh, you don't." After him mumbling something I couldn't quite understand, he said something along the lines of "How do I know that this is your food?" Now I'm quite befuddled by this, because I've never had this issue before in all the times I've been here. As I said, I was on lunch break and in a hurry, so I just shook my head , and said "Because I'm the guy who ordered it on the app. That's my name right there on the ticket. See? " I then proceeded to walk around him and go to the fountain to fill my cup. He followed me over and continued to ask me how could he know that was my food. I'd had enough at this point, so halfway spilling my half-filled soda cup as I set it down, I reached into my wallet and pulled out my driver's license and showed it to him. I asked him if this is what he wanted. He didn't even bother to look at it, but then went on to say they've had issues with people stealing food that people have ordered off the counter. Well you know, I was so upset by his lack of manners and customer service at that point, I really couldn't care less what his excuse was. I told him "This conversation is over. I am leaving as soon as I finish filling my drink, and I am never stepping foot in this place ever again. You've lost a repeat customer at this location forever. " He said something smart like "Thank you for cooperating ". And I filled my drink, then walked away. Now here's my whole point to this rather long-winded recounting of my experience: I would have had absolutely no problem whatsoever with someone saying "Can I ask the name on the order?", and I would've been more than understanding if the situation would've been politely and clearly explained to me from the start. I want to make clear: I UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM THEY ARE HAVING. But for someone to repeatedly ask me "Who are you?" with a condescending tone without explaining anything is just plain rude, and damn near combative. I used to work in customer service for the better part of a decade, and even managed a retail store for a little while. I would NEVER have spoken to a customer the way this man spoke to me, nor allowed any of my employees to speak to any that way. And I regret not getting his name so I could put him out here for the world to see. Needless to say, his failure to communicate properly, and his condescending and rude tone has permanently lost Freddy's a repeat customer at this location, and quite possibly at other locations too. I would rather deal with good customer service and mediocre food than bad customer service and great food any day of the week (and it wasn't that great...). So goodbye Freddy's in Bardstown KY, this is the last you'll hear from me.
