Great burboun and great people, ask for Trevor at the bar inside the gift shop and you won't be disappointed.

Good tour, but not the historical tour like some of the other companies.

Had a wonderful bottle your own bourbon experience.
When you bottle your own bourbon you do every step, rinse and dry the bottle, fill it with the bourbon or choice, cork it, seal it, and add the label. Super cool!
Before bottling we had a tasting session and were educated on the different bourbons and how they are made. It was very informative and entertaining. My wife loved the marketing tactics that were discussed as that is her area of expertise.
The gift shop has a lot of cool items to purchase also. We briefly got to walk through the museum but wish we had planned more time to get the full experience.
I definitely recommend you give this a try if you are in the area.

Stopped by between two other distillery tours and found a bonded and barrel tour available so I jumped on it and I was glad I did. The experience was great. It takes you through the barrel storage process and gives you the history behind the distillery. You taste some of their products during the walking tour and get some cool photo ops. Even without the tour, there’s a museum gallery, restaurant, and gift shop you can visit. Came during early February which seemed like a good time to avoid big crowds.

I really enjoyed my experience at Heaven Hill. The facility was beautiful and the staff was great! I highly recommend making time for a tour here!

I was pretty disappointed in my you do bourbon experience as I thought it would include some kind of tour to see a barrel or something other than getting pushed through a tasting and bottle my own bourbon in 30 mins. 75 min experience was a total lie. Then we asked if we could book an actual tour and said they had availability but can't do 2 experiences in a day.

Did the bottled in bond tour, excellent experience, our guide Debbie was awesome, she was super knowledgable and was happy to answer all our silly questions. Would recommend this to everyone from bourbon beginners to experts. Thank you HH!

Review of the Bottled-in-Bond Warehouse Tour and Tasting at Heaven Hill
My visit to Heaven Hill was truly unforgettable! The Bottled-in-Bond Warehouse Tour and Tasting was perfectly organized from start to finish. I particularly want to highlight our tour guide, who brought the rich history of Heaven Hill to life in such an engaging and knowledgeable way. His passion and expertise made the tour not only informative but also incredibly captivating.
One of the standout moments for me was the rare opportunity to fill and label my own bottle of Heaven Hill Select Stock 9 Year Malt—an experience made possible thanks to our amazing guide. This personalized touch made the visit even more special.
The overall atmosphere at Heaven Hill was warm and welcoming. I had some wonderful conversations with fellow visitors and staff, who were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The team in the shop went above and beyond, taking the time to assist me in selecting additional items.
I was also thrilled to hear about the new distillery opening in March, with plans for it to be available for visits later in the year. That’s definitely something to look forward to on my next trip!
A huge thank you to the entire Heaven Hill team for such a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves bourbon!

I'm Italian and I'm used to a totally different kind of experience, but dollar for a small tasting and for a little experience a side it's way too much.
Go somewhere else, there are much better experience at small producer.

Overall decent. 2 stars deducted for not being dog friendly except for service dogs. With that said, some self righteous ass brought is obviously non-dog inside. Buffalo Trace allows dogs in the gift shop and most tours buildings except where production is, which is understandable. Nice that we can get hard to find bottles. Bar has good food and drinks. We did the Bottled in Bond tour. I can't recommend it as I don't see it being worth $35 or whatever we paid per person. So to bottle your own bourbon would be $100 I'm guessing since you pay for the tour and pay for the bottle. I'd pay for my own bottle for sure just not at a super premium, IMO.

Did the "you do bourbon".
It does say you can purchase your bottle it should have the pricing up front.
There's no tour. You go into a room and sample 3 basic versions of larceny, Elijah, bernheim, and a special. The special was 170.00 if you wanted to bottle it.
And it's just a label with your name and date on it
So basically I paid 80.00+tx for 2 people to get 4 samples. I paid less at other places for an actual walking tour that still had 4 tasting

Great bottling experience and 4 different bourbons for the tasting.
