Great experience bottling our own bottles of barrel proof bourbon, whiskey, and rye. Allen was a great tour guide.

I did the 10:45 Bottled in Bond tour. I had a great time and learned a lot about the ageing process of bourbon. Abby was an excellent guide! she was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. The gift shop and entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Will come back to try other experiences.

Mark was the best! Our group truly enjoyed our Bottled in Bond tour and all agreed that Mark was a fantastic guide. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

Heaven Hill is a much bigger operation than I realized, but it made for a good stop on the bourbon trail. There’s a small free museum showcasing the history of the brands they produce, and the gift shop is quite nice. I did a tasting of their grain to glass whiskeys that was a good introduction to the Heaven Hill brand. I wish I had done a full tour, but maybe I can do that another time. Either way, this is definitely a can’t miss stop on the bourbon trail considering how many different brands they produce.

Highlight:You can bottle your own Bourbon. Five brothers bar on rooftop is amazing. Great cocktails. Good Food.

We were provided with a cool lanyard with a bourbon glass attached and paired with a wonderful tour guide named Lindsey. The tour involved two Rick houses. In each rick house we were given 2 tastings. Our guide was excellent - very knowledgeable - but the bourbon was not the best tasting.

Don't forget to get some cocktails at the five brothers bar. They have a very good food menu too.

Signed up for the bottled in Bond tour. It was great and wasn’t rushed. Worth the money to do.

A great place to tour and one of the best giftshops I've seen at a distillery.

Not one of our favorite tastings. We did the Whiskey connoisseur tasting. Our tasting guide was very nice, but honestly a little long-winded. The Bourbons were very good despite the very small opening on the glasses. It made it very difficult to smell the bourbon and truly appreciate it. One thing that wasn't great is they were setting up I assume for another tasting in the room next door with paper thin walls it was extremely distracting. The retail store was great well stocked and plenty of people to help you.

Very friendly staff on arrival. Tours available but also a very good museum section (free entry to explore, can spend approx. 30 min). Extensive gift shop and restaurant also.

We showed up on a whim during the week and were able to get right into a connoisseur tasting experience. It was intimate and had some good tastings. The connoisseur was a nice man who’s been in the industry for 40yrs. He only does the showing himself a couple times per week so you may get someone else. He was just friendly and told stories about his experiences and a little history of bourbon. A pleasant experience overall. And make sure to ask about their Military discount!

We had the great pleasure of visiting Heaven Hill Bourbon Distillery on July 6, 2025, with a group of 30 people. Everything was perfectly organized and right on time. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating – they even allowed us to begin our tasting an hour earlier without any issue.

The service was warm and professional, and the food at the upstairs restaurant was absolutely delicious – a fantastic way to complete the experience.

We highly recommend Heaven Hill as a must-visit stop on the Bourbon Trail!

Never been before, here for my 20th anniversary with the hubby. Bernadette was a PHENOMENAL tour guide for the YDB tour. Excellent blend of knowledge, humor, bourbon, and playfulness. I will definitely be back 💙
