Stopped by between two other distillery tours and found a bonded and barrel tour available so I jumped on it and I was glad I did. The experience was great. It takes you through the barrel storage process and gives you the history behind the distillery. You taste some of their products during the walking tour and get some cool photo ops. I was pretty disappointed in my you do bourbon experience as I thought it would include some kind of tour to see a barrel or something other than getting pushed through a tasting and bottle my own bourbon in 30 mins. 75 min experience was a total lie. Then we asked if we could book an actual tour and said they had availability but can't do 2 experiences in a day.

When you bottle your own bourbon you do every step, rinse and dry the bottle, fill it with the bourbon or choice, cork it, seal it, and add the label. Super cool!
Before bottling we had a tasting session and were educated on the different bourbons and how they are made. It was very informative and entertaining. My wife loved the marketing tactics that were discussed as that is her area of expertise.
