Jersey Mike's Subs

Stopped in Saturday for lunch. Ordered a mikes chicken Philly bowl. Was standing at the counter, because I was expecting to go over what all toppings I wanted. The girl said she would bring it to me at the table when ready, to which I replied oh, okay, but I wanted all the toppings and mikes way. This clearly frustrated her that I didn’t already tell her, but I didn’t know I needed to, this was the first time I’ve ordered a hot sandwich so I didn’t know we wouldn’t go down the line and go over toppings. Oh well. So I told her I wanted everything on it. This frustrated her again, she asked bacon? I said no, just mikes way and all the free toppings they had. She said okay. A minute goes by and they bring me my food. It doesn’t have any toppings on it. So I come to the counter and ask for pickles mayo and banana peppers. Again, the girl is visually frustrated and says there’s already peppers in it. If there is? I didn’t see any. So finally she puts banana peppers pickles and mayo on it and says smartly “next time let me know what you want on it ahead of time”
….I did.
Idk what her deal is, she wanted to be “right” in the discussion. It’s not about being right, I just want a lunch I will enjoy since I’m paying for it.

What an incredible team! The food quality and service is unmatched at our Bardstown Jersey Mike's. Today I picked up an order for our office during the lunch rush. The grill was down, but despite the challenge you could tell this team had rallied and were committed to providing the best possible experience for customers. This location is fast, friendly, exceptionally clean, and the quality of our meal met the same standard as the staff that served us. 5+++ stars earned!

they definitely need to learn how to make sweet tea. when I got home I had to add more sugar to my sweet tea because it barely tasted like sweet. I definitely wont be back to jersey mike's. its prices are too high for such a small sandwich.

They are so great for the gluten free people. They have subs in a tub and good gluten free buns. They're very careful to avoid cross contamination, wiping everything down and changing gloves. Everyone is friendly. Couldn't ask for better!

We have been enjoying this location since it opened and have only ever had one little sandwich mishap and they made it right. Before we could leave after eating jake brought us a cookie and apologized again! We told him it was not needed but he insisted! The crew at this location is also always friendly and care about the food they send out. Highly recommend!

Took over 30 minutes from mobile order to getting my hoagies. It seems walk-in orders took precedence over mobile orders submitted before. The workers were friendly and polite.

1st time here and it didn't disappoint. We both got a regular sub and their not afraid to load up your sandwich. Some shops you feel like their scared to put any topping on your food but not here.
