What an absolute gem - you'll never meet a kinder group of folks making some of the tastiest food in KY. I had the salad, schnitzel, and goulash and ate way too much table bread 😅 can't wait to be back next year for KBF!

One of the best dining experiences in Bardstown! We highly recommend the Kreso’s Chicken and the goulash. The chicken marsala is also superb.

We started with the stuffed mishrooms. Then had the Jaeger Schnitzel and the Kresos Chicken. It was excellent!

This was an interesting restaurant needs some updates. Staff were friendly but a little awkward as far as trying to order would not tell us what wines they had available our choices were bluntly given white or red with no explanation no drink menu to provide. Food was ok but we would not go back it was overall just not what we expected.
Delicious, authentic European cuisine

Was meeting a friend for lunch the Saturday before Memorial Day. We double-checked the times and dates they are open for lunch. At around noon, we ventured into the restaurant; only to be told they didn't feel like serving lunch that day, but we could come back at 5:00 for dinner. We were very disappointed
If they had no intention of being open that day for lunch, they should have updated their website and kept the front door locked.

When in Bardstown, this is a "must stop" place! We got the schnitzel and goulash and they were as authentic as you can get. We got a Manhattan and old fashioned and they were spot on. The ambience is so cozy and just takes you back to a simpler time. Not to mention the staff were amazing. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy some real home cooking.

The food was fantastic. Worth paying for. Love that it’s they kind of food you can’t find everywhere. We wanted to eat somewhere unique during our trip to Bardstown and this was a great choice. Friendly staff, upscale atmosphere (which we didn’t realize would be the vibe, and they didn’t mind our street clothes), and delicious food. We had the Wiener schnitzel, chicken cordon bleu, and Kreso chicken. We cleaned our plates! Every bite was fantastic!
