The employees were exceptionally great

Showed up and tried to order at the counter and waited 5 minutes and nobody showed up but saw multiple employees. We gave up and ordered on the Kiosk and they brought out our food and 3 drinks. They didn't give us straws and were missing multiple items. The drinks tasted off and we had to wait 10 minutes to get 3 fries and a chicken sandwich.

Very rude that refuse to pay attention to customers and to worried to be on their phones. Very unsanitary with several health code violations. Whoever owns this location is quite not the smartest crown in the box. Drinks are filled halfway even if you don’t ask for ice. Everything is absolutely cold except the hasbrowns. If I wanted half cooked food I’d use a microwave on a freezer burnt meal

Management extremely rude!! Cant seem to get 2 double cheeseburgers right, handed me one order it was someone elses, handed me food 2nd time and it was someone elses, handed me food the 3 rd time and it was someone elses, i gave up and drove off!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. While waiting in the drive thru for approximately 5 minutes, I was next to place my order. An employee comes outside and places a safety cone directly in front of my vehicle and starts to walk away. I roll my window down and ask what’s going on. She explained that they were closing early, it was 6:30 pm, and would I kindly go from being next to order to being last to order in the other drive thru lane. I said I wouldn’t and took my business elsewhere. I like McDonald’s, but not enough to receive such poor customer service. This place apparently has a lot of work to do to create a better experience for its customers.

Manager had poor attitude while answer the drive thru. Got my food home. Fries was cold, Grease was coming through the sandwich box. Hardly any lettuce or condiments on the sandwiches. Sweet tea tasted like it was old tea. For it being a brand new McDonald. First time expression was not a good impression at all.

If I could give a negative star I would. Food cold horrible service

No number to contact. Went through drive thru and ordered 20 piece nugget and 3 burgers without onions. INSTEAD I got 10 piece nugget and 3 burgers with extra onions. So they got order majority wrong and stole from me. When I got home and seen how bad it was and called to tell them how it was messed up they have NO PHONE number to call them.

Online order 12 minutes before I l arrived at restaurant, checked in waited another 11 minutes before I needed to leave for an appointment. 23 minutes wasn't enough for one breakfast sandwich. Nothing else.

Worst McDonald’s EVER! Waited an hour for food. Was still freezing cold. Manager was rude. Refused to refund and wanted to give a free meal card. When there were 3 meals that were not edible.
