This is a gem. I was stopping into Bardstown and stumbled upon this wine bar. The wine was great but Kasey the bartender was WONDERFUL! Don’t miss this spot if you’re in Bardstown.

Best/only Mint Julep’s in this town. Super friendly service. Went to 5 bars who gave various excuses as to why they don’t have mint so they can’t make mint julep’s. Walked in here and they said yes they could make it. They were perfect. ❤️ Love this place!

We accidentally stumbled upon this jewel! We love craft cocktails, wine bars and authentic speakeasies. We went to the Blind Pig first and we were not impressed. Meri Merlo is a classy wine bar with an extensive cocktail list and FABULOUS wines. I am a wine snob and they had several wines that are universally appealing. Additionally, the owners are kind and authentic!

We were looking for a lounge for a night cap, came across this place and Nancy took care of us. She and the wine was phenomenal. I would highly recommend to anyone! Will definitely be back!

We stopped in for a couple of drinks while visiting Bardstown and just loved this place! The service was friendly and excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The bartender knows how to make a great cocktail, and they have a nice selection of wine by the bottle too.
