Just left there on my salad is incorrect. Service was horrible since of urgency was not there.

Placed an online order for one Cheesesteak and one small fry. Arrived at the designated time. Young lady working, turned around acknowledged my sandwich was ready and she would drop my fries fresh. Awesome. 25 min later, sandwich is still sitting on counter, 2 baskets of fries have been dropped, ready, sitting in bin. 3 walkins were accommodated before me and 3 customers before me. A young lady that just clocked in finally inquired what the name on order was. I was hoping that sandwich that had been sitting there for 25+ min, w fries ready was not mine. Sure enough it was. I requested a refund. I was not interested in a cold sandwich and now cold fries. The cook, whom I'm assuming was PIC, also the one w no hair net or head covering told me hold on one second and proceeded to walk outside. When she returned, she was on the ph w her manager. I was told she could not refund my money and I would have to wait. There was never an apology.
This store def needs to work on their customer service and the employees need more training. You can believe I will not be back.

Trying to get in contact with this location is impossible their app wasn’t working correctly to change my time to 530 so I tried to call this location multiple times and there phone is apparently out of service. I’ve worked in restaurants for many years and I’ve never heard of a manager or owner not paying their phone bill so customers can contact them. I asked my partner when they pick it up to have them remake it and if there is any trouble I will not be a happy customer as I work from home and do not have the time to drive all the way up there and ask personally why there phone is not working as I live 30 mins out.

I came in with a coupon for free fries with any sandwich order. Ordered two sandwiches and asked for a large fries. I was told this would not happen even though the coupon did not limit or specify any size fries. Totally disappointed.

People weren't the happiest, sub was pretty awful and thrle bread wasn't cooked fully.

I've been trying to reach them. I placed a pickup order online at their store. It was the wrong store. The order was to be picked up at 8:15. I called several times at 8:05. Never got an answer. I've sent messages online. No response.

I submitted that before I ever did this review. I've heard nothing.

Ugh! Warn people early when you are "understaffed and on a big wait!"

3 employees turning out one sandwich every 15 minutes. It's like they were learning how to do the job while on the job and understaffed. Gets some leadership in there for them.

We ordered, then I ran next door, returned, waited another 20 min, then checked on the sandwich that wasn't even started yet. Don't give excuses and ask me if I want to cancel my order when I've already waited nearly forty minutes. Make it right and make sure my sandwich is the BEST sandwich ever.

I think we were punished with a fraction of the meat for waiting patiently for 35+ min before asking what was going on!

Ordered a cold classic Italian with may only. Received at hot Italian smothered in vinegar and oil. Bread was so soggy it was inedible. Very disappointed!

I ordered a party platter and Anna went above and beyond in helping me. I had several questions, stopped in and even called back to actually order it last minute and she made sure it was ready when I needed it. All of the staff is always super friendly!

Food was disgusting, they can't even listen to what you want on your sub! I couldn't even eat mine, had to throw it away!

I ordered delivery from Penn paid 20$ for a reg cheese steak sub - xtra steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms & xtra cheez I got steak and cheese nothing else and if it had extra on it I wouldn’t want it without doing xtra. Our fries were not fresh cut fries they was the fries that was scraps from the bottom of the basket! The fries was 10$ for scraps! My mom got BLT reg and half her BLT had bacon the other none! I will never get food from here again! To be totally fair the Lemonade is good!

The bread wasn’t done and half my sub barely had meat or anything in it. $40 and two of the subs were thrown away due to it being straight dough in the middle. Disgusted and will never be back.
