4/27/2025 Amy was our Ambassador, she's awsome, we look for her wheneverwe're there.. We've done many tours and still learned something new today. Great products, friendly helpful staff. Always a great experience.

10/27/2025, we had Annette, for a different tasting, and she was awesome. She's newer to the bourbon would but is enthusiastic and has become very knowledgeable. She gave a great tour and our tasting was fantastic. As usual, all the staff is friendly and helpful. A little shout out for Savanna, behind the bar & helping wherever needed, and who was fun to chat with.

After several visits to the standard, mass market distilleries where we tasted everything that is already available in the stores, we visited Preservation Distillery. Now here were some whiskeys we have never tried before and they were all unique and different and delicious. The tour itself was super fun because we had an amazing, energetic tour guide, Annette. I would definitely recommend this distillery to anyone who wants to get off the beaten path and enjoy something not mass produced. Well done Preservation. Well done.

Excellent presentation by Michael. Especially liked the very Old St Nick Rye Harvest Rye and The Preservation pot distilled Bourbon.

If you can get a tour with Amy I cannot recommend her enough! She is so fun and knowledgeable and made even the women on our tour understand how to taste & appreciate bourbon. Such a beautiful distillery and amazing tour!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the distillery. Our tour guide, Annette, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience truly engaging. She shared fascinating insights into the distilling process with enthusiasm and a great sense of humor. The tasting portion was particularly enjoyable, offering a delicious introduction to their fine spirits. We highly recommend this distillery and a special thank you to Annette for making our visit so memorable.

WOW. What a great experience. We just wandered in, looking for something on a Sunday and it couldn’t have been a better accidental find. Annette was as hospitable as she was knowledgeable, helping us decide not only what drinks we were looking for at the bar but also which tour we should take to maximize our visit. The facilities and grounds were pristine, and the distillery cat Charchar just adds to the authenticity of the whole experience. 10/10 recommend.
