Every time set go it’s without fail both super slow and the food is always made wrong. Unless you get everything on your burger I would never recommend.

Store manager blames poor service on an employees mental health and tries to bribe customers with gift cards. Take responsibility for your store and stop putting the blame on your staff. The customer shouldn't have to listen to your long rambling list of excuses on why the service was terrible that day. The service is terrible everyday at this location. Maybe call and see what the excuses are today before lining up for a 30 minute wait in the drive through.

Pulled into the bardstown Sonic, entered the drive thru at 8:06pm employee said they was closed!!! Employee's started moving there personal vehicles to block off entrance lane and blocking off parking/drive thru. website says store hours are 12am /midnight....

I ordered mozzarella sticks and french toast sticks. My mozzarella sticks floppy, cold, and not crunchy at all. I think that they are from last night not even new made. They tasted bad and were NOT good. There was also no marinara sauce or syrup in my bag. Am I supposed to eat french toast sticks with no syrup?? it’s just bread. So I threw it away and will not be come back.

Waited 45 minutes for my food for the server to come out very rudely and couldn’t not even say you’re welcome after I said thank you. Would not recommend
I know it's fast food but came here and the only thing that was edible was the shake. It wasn't busy at all. I don't think I'd come here again

The wait time is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order and I have now been sitting in line waiting for 30 mins- I only had two cars in front of me. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE. They are not properly staffed enough to stay open. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have left. This is the second time this has happened in the last couple of weeks. First time we were in line for 50+ mins- only to get the wrong order. Owners are greedy for even keeping this place open under conditions like this.

Every single time I go here they are soooo slow this morning 7:41am I’m the only person in the drive thru waited almost ten minute no response nothing out the intercom there was two cars at the drive thru window so I know they were open and last time I came the food was cold and they had to remake it and that was a 45min trip then and at a fast food place it’s turning into Hardee’s which mind you is closed now an empty building

Atmosphere is low only because they are under construction at the time of this review. Service is low because I think they are under staffed. So even the drive through is a wait. The staff even though they are under staffed are still really nice. Also if you order a cherry limeade you have to ask for the cherry ? and the lime or you won't get any. I've had this problem at a lot of sonics though.
