Always an hour wait when I go here. I thought once they revamped it would be better but it’s worse.

Came up to the counter and was told it would be a little wait. No problem they had some people waiting in line. But after 15 minutes of standing and not being spoken to we realized they are taking more online order before batting and eye at us. There are 2 people working with absolutely no urgency while a bunch of people wait. Pretty disrespectful if you ask me to have people wait while you don’t even take their order and continue to make them wait longer as you take more online orders. Not sure who the two ladies are but they need to be spoken to. Was here on a Sunday

This Starbucks isn’t worth a damn. It’s rarely open, the baristas are terrible and it’s always a mess. Why doesn’t Bardstown have a stand alone Starbucks because this clearly isn’t working!

Terrible terrible terrible. I can't express this enough, the baristas are rude, my drinks are always wrong and the wait just for a drink is ridiculous. Not only that but the place is disgusting. Never coming here again.

Horrible. Would’ve given no stars if possible. Waited over 40 minutes for 3 drinks, to busy talking instead of making drinks, didn’t even make the drink correctly. Ordered a matcha with coconut milk, vanilla syrup, and vanilla cold foam. Only thing i got was the matcha and cold foam. Find business elsewhere trust me, don’t waste your money or time!!

This Starbucks is the worst j have ever been to. The quality is terrible, the customer service is nonexistent and they’re always randomly closing. They should just shut the entire thing down.

Go to any other open coffee shop or fast food place for coffee.
I have been here 4 times. 3 of those times, I have neither ordered, nor have left with coffee.
They have a large banner stating order ahead and pickup. The app always tells me this location does not accept mobile orders.
The espresso machine has been “broken” at least 2 of the times I’ve attempted to order.
Like another reviewer stated, the one time I ordered coffee, it took 20 minutes to receive.

Has to be the worst Starbucks in America. I’ve been in line for 10 min and in that time I’ve had time to reload my Starbucks app, take pictures of the cleaning solutions they have sitting on the counter literally right next to (almost touching) the lemonade container they use to serve people, I’ve watch what I assume is the manager on duty train a newer hire on 4 different things, AND have time to write this review. And in that entire time, neither one of them has even said “we’ll be with you in a second” “ we’re running behind” nothing. I’m in this town for training and if there was literally any other coffee option beside Burger King or McDonald’s I’d be there. Edit to add. Still haven’t been helped and one associate left to use the bathroom and just sent another on break.

Today was red cup day, two of the sweetest girls put up with a whole line of angry and entitled customers. They were still so kind to me and made my drinks perfection. Give those two girls a raise!
