The food was good, however be sure to wear steal toed shoes as the clientele are a little on the mature and heavy side. The couple in front of me poured my shoes full of the overfilled drink, stepped on my toes and tried to tell me it was my fault. They were the rude sobs that cut in front of me because they were thirsty. The salad bar was not attended to as it looked like a slop jar was poured out in the pea patch.
Been the same for I don't know how long. Nice folks, real home cooking. Great chicken and dumplings, fried chicken, catfish, country ham... lots more! Low price, family atmosphere.

It's a self-serve buffet.
There were foods we had not seen on a buffet before.
Stewed tomatoes, which my husband, being born & raised in Kentucky, he's familiar with them , not me or my daughter, it was almost like eating a jam, thick and tasty, yet not overly sweet.
Of course, for myself, the fried fish & baked chicken were my favorites, but my husband loves fresh greens & ham.
